Definitely not coming back here until they get their act together. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Mcchickens, but they only gave me one. Just as I found out about this mistake, it was too late for me to go back to tell them so that they could correct my order. I have had quite a bit of good experiences with this place in the past, but I’m quite a bit disappointed this time… I guess I came at a bad day or something.

I ordered the new crispy gold chicken sandwich today. The pic shows how they like to dress ALL their sandwiches each time I’ve gone. Giving you 95% bun with a tiny dot of sauce right in the center. Making for a boring tasteless sandwich. Served with undercooked pink meat or shoe leather. Meat that’s pulled to soon because they’re in a hurry (not for you, but for the sake of corp. service times). Sometimes you get shoe leather that’s held wayyyyyy past it’s holding time.
So why keep going you say? Because I’m nice and gave them lots of chances. I’m a former manager years ago in QSR/fast food industry and I know how hard it can be. I’m out of chances and I’m done with this Milwaukie location.
Oh yeah…, they like to excessively park cars out of the drive-thru to cheat their service times reported to corp. They had me do this several times with multiple cars, 3 cars both times. It’s fine to park cars every once and awhile for legit reasons but to park 3 cars at once back to back with no customers behind them is just cheating. It pisses your customers off, especially when orders and drinks get mixed up, drinks and food being handled and passed around by other customers. The health department would have a fit. This happened twice to me. I wonder how often it really happens. Maybe I should report it to them.
So now everything that was ready and waiting inside while the other stuff is cooking is cold. While all of us in our cars are sorting out the mixup with the employee not helping- barely or no english, the hot stuff is now cold and the already cold food is now very cold. Lastly, than you get home to find your cold order has pink beef and undercooked fries that are unseasoned. They’ve yanked the food far too early to get rid of everyone parked and waiting. The other 2 cars were upset for being parked and handed wrongs orders between us all. Garbage customer service, garbage food. Totally unexceptionable. This location isn’t about serving the customer but rather serving themselves.
Customers keep the doors open, not crap employees or owners who don’t care. Without customers you don’t have a job to go to, shouldn’t you take care of them rather than bite the hand that provides your employment?

I ordered a grinch meal, a mcnugget meal and two cheeseburgers. they forgot the mcnuggets altogether, and when I took my cheeseburgers out of the bag and looked at them, I realized they didnt even have burger patties in them?? straight up flabbergasted.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!Second time I am reaching home and am missing my kids chicken nuggets …..always check your food before you exit that drive through because this is my second time missing my chicken nuggets imagine driving all the way home my kids ready to eat their lunch only to find chicken nuggets are missing.. it’s not good at all… because that’s my money wasted and can’t go back to get it because it’s. Not worth the drive…hopefully this is resolved.,

Went through McDonald’s drive-through and bought $50 worth of food. Got home (a 15-minute drive) and found they hadn’t put my husband’s burger in the bag. We had already given our daughter her meal, so my husband decided to go back with the receipt to get the missing items. Meanwhile, his fries and nuggets were getting cold at home. When he got to McDonald’s (a 15-minute drive), he asked for the burger they had not put in the bag and a fry, since his were sitting at home, getting cold. They told him they would not give him a new fry because he did not bring back the whole food order, even though it was their fault he had to go back for the food they did not put in the bag. He turned around, drove back (a 15-minute drive), and ate cold fries and cold nuggets with his burger. Thanks for a horrible experience, McDonald’s. Seems like you could have given us a hot fry to make up for your mistake. Horrible customer service. Not going back there again. You get zero stars.

do NOT order a curbside order here, just go through the drive thru or go in. I frequent this location and i somehow haven’t learned my lesson that you will wait for 20+ minutes if you do curbside. this isn’t meant to be like a diss to what is obviously an understaffed and very busy mcdonald’s and i do feel for them. just a word to the wise, use the drive thru.

The food quality just isn’t as good as it was a few years ago. I swear the cheese is made of plastic. But, the staff were friendly, fast and handled the morning rush amazingly.

I got issues the last two times I’ve gone to this location. The first time the lady with the blonde partially dyed hair would rather flirt with another employee then hand me my order that had been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes I had to yell hey can I get my stuff in order to get her to stop. The second time I had an issue with the same woman just flat out ignoring me until I left without my order

I normally go here in the morning on my way to work and the people are always very nice. But it’s clear that proper workspace cleaning and food rotation is not happening because now you get free ants with your meal! I found at LEAST 3 of them inside the wrapping with one stuck to the sandwich and another 2 inside the bag. Not exactly the protein I expected this morning. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING as I already ate one before opening the next.

this is the worst mcdonald’s in all of Oregon I swear. Surly teenagers that would rather stand around and talk. I wanted breakfast this morning and the manager was cleaning out a coffee pot and all the kids were at the drive thru speaking Spanish really loud. I sarcastically said “can someone help me?!” and “ I’m hungry” but they must’ve thought I was picking my up to go food and I see why people do that. the dining room was filthy and full of homeless people. go over to new seasons grocery and buy grab and go. You will save money. and not ruin your day.
