I hadn’t been to a McDonald’s in a long time but had a taste for it. Went through the drive thru and ordered a double QP meal. The girl at the window was friendly, which was a surprise. And the food was outstanding! The burger was so hot, I had to set it down for a minute, which is great! So great, I went back the next night. This location has it going on.

Today I went to the Mantanos in downtown The Dallas, Oregon, and they gave me my entire order, but they charged me for a sauce I asked them to put on my burger. They didn’t put it on, and all my food was wrong. I ordered fried chicken, and they didn’t put the sauce on it either. Very bad service and customer service.

First no boat or trailer sign we’ve seen going through the drive thru. It’s not obvious until you drive up to it, and not a lot of reverse space. Ended up stuck in line hauling our 5ft trailer that’s smaller than our truck. We felt guilty breaking the rules of course, but cars quickly lined up behind us. To the young man that reprimanded us in such a condescending way..we apologize to you. You dismissed us so quickly we never got a chance to do so. Anyway, just a McDonalds. Food was fine, never thought I’d ever write a review about it.

Waited 20 minutes parked in drive thru for them to bring out only half my order has to go in and get the rest get home 3 blocks away for all the food to be cold. I have no idea why I had to wait since obviously nothing was being cooked special. McDonald’s quality has definitely gone down. Will not go back again. Terrible absolutely terrible paid close to $40 for cold food. Smh

Not Impressed by how they dress the burgers. Does not look delicate. Salad used was not in good shape. I also got a frappe and a frozen coke,æ tasted good which gives me the reason to give 2 star and not one. Also its clean and well maintained dining area. Fries recieved looks good, but it was sloppy and tasted weird.

The night manager Bryan, is one of the best managers i have ever seen work anywhere, period. Hey dude you make me feel like you actually care about the customer because you do. Thats awesome. Keep it up, you will be a franchise owner someday. Thank you for making my experience consistently positive. The whole crew at night is special. They work hard and I get the food so quick it’s fire. 10 out of 10 do recommend. I hope the owners know they are very lucky. Thank you sincerely for your kindness. And excellent service. I have been telling everyone at church, go get a snack late night they are excellent!!!

This location has a playground so that children can play. I find that It’s odd you order on the TV screen and then wait for someone to bring you your food but times are changing and that’s what it is nowadays.
The food is always been what you would expect from McDonald’s.
The service has been good as well. I had a chance to talk to one of the ladies while I waited in the drive-through, business was busy. She seemed like a great person and I hope she does good in life, customer service nowadays is a lost art. I was good to see that some people still embody good service.
Far better service and food here versus some of their competitors like Jack-in-the-Box or Burger King
