We started the day with a Burger, Egg & Cheese Biscuit breakfast sandwich from the McDonald’s breakfast menu. Where I come from we only have the McMuffin so I wanted to try the Biscuit. I like the Muffin more but thats personal taste, it was fun to try this one as well. The caramel latte and sugar free vanilla cappuccino tasted very food. For the rest; exactly what you can expect from a McDonald’s restaurant.

Placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru, once we arrived we were parked out front and waited for over 15 minutes while another parked car was served and at least 10 other cars were served. When we went in to ask where our food was, we were told they were just making it. I asked to speak to a manager who refunded our purchase but then told us to maybe not come in on a busy day if we wanted to get our food in a timely fashion.
This is a totaly unacceptable response from a manager, to blame their slowness or the lost order on us choosing to come to their restaurant on a “busy day”.
Will not be returning to this location.

The last 3 times I’ve came in and order food in the lobby it has took them 15-30 minutes for my order. Would highly recommend to anyone to not order in the lobby and just go trough there drive trough. They are too focused on the the order time for drive trough

Absolutely foul… I’ve never written a bad review I worked in fast food for four years and I’m 18, dealt with plenty of rude customers and stuff but this is kind of crazy.. someone just dumped salt and a bunch of other random stuff into my burger not sure why.. wouldn’t go here if I were you (Edited: imaging having heart issues and this happened to you.. they did this on purpose was very nice as well and tipped for my delivery)

Today is the last time. The kids play place is absolutely disgusting. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the overwhelming smell- sort of like hard boiled eggs. Food splattered on chairs, walls, the floor. No one wipes tables down, never a clean place to sit. The floor is covered in crumbs, fries, poorly cleaned up spills and sticky spots. It’s been getting bad over time but today we walked in, looked around (couldn’t find a clean table despite 8 or so being empty), turned around and left. Either keep the place clean or take it out. This is unhygienic, and just plain gross. It does make me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

The whole place was dirty. The floors were covered in food and none of the tables were cleaned off. The soda machines were running low on the syrups. The kids meal i got came with the wrong food. When I sat down to eat my food the fries all 3 people in the group had were cold like they have been sitting for a while. The burger i ordered i added lettuce to and they just didnt put it on.
I definitely wont come back.

Food doesn’t taste like fresh food, not stale just processed or lab created. Service, no one there says “thank you to their customers”. Can’t comment on Atmosphere, just use the drive through.

Idk how this place always has Luke warm fries. I don’t go to McDonald’s for the burgers, I come for the fries and this places fries are gross. I wish there was another McDonald’s around we could go to instead.
Edited to add, tonight, they were extremely rude, made me pay more money than I was expecting to (they rang it up how they wanted instead of leaving off the patty that was asked to be left off.) I wasn’t asking for a cheaper price, just wanted the extra patty left off, normally I’m told that it’s fine after confirming what I asked for. I know how expensive bacon is and know it’s cheaper to ask for something to be left off than to add something to it. I even told them that I’d still take the mcdouble, told my cousin my husband would just throw away the extra patty, but they still rang it how they wanted, instead of just giving me the mcdouble as a mcdouble after they said it wasn’t ok and I was confused as to how. My cousin told me to get my husband a fry and I told her that’s why I ordered a large, so we could split it, while still at the com where they could hear. But instead, I got a med sized worth of fries, even though I paid for a large. I gave them all to my husband (he hasn’t been eating much and fries are something easy to eat.) 3 meals and 2 burgers were all put into 1 bag, we couldn’t close the bag to try and keep the lukewarm fries at least lukewarm and not cold by the time we got home. I still stand firmly on wishing there was another McDonald’s closer than in Gresham, this place would lose business so fast as long as the other place had warm fries and staff weren’t so rude.

Never have they gotten my order correct. Ive always had my order messed up with how lazy and pathetic their employees are. Including the floor manager and the store manager… how ruthless and lazy can a famous fast food restaurant be??? Better customer service is needed for sure. Better employees who will actually take the time to get peoples orders right. Especially the night crew.
