I ordered a medium size order that consisted of two value meals, a ten piece nuggets and a happy meal. Aside from the happy meal, they shoved it all into one medium-sized bag?!. The 2 large fries were literally sticking out of the top of the bag. I chuckled and said to the gal at the window. You used to put these in 2 bags. She simply replied “yeah”. I asked for another bag so that I could put my fries in them. This cost enough as is, but being dead panned borderline annoyed that I asked for another bag is bad form. Then, I look in the bag, and everything has just been thrown in there upside down sideways! Bad day for you guys today.

I no longer get egg McMuffins or sausage egg McMuffins because for the past three months every time I have gotten one there is giant chunks of egg shell throughout the egg. Whoever is making the eggs, does not know how to crack an egg without dumping half of the egg shell in it. The photo I attached is the least amount I have found in it so far but multiple times before this I’ve had quarter size pieces of eggshell in my egg. Quality control needs to be managed better.

Ordered from here using doordash. Doordash delivered quickly. The French fries were slightly warm/cold and brittle as if someone had reheated them, the burgers where dried out, half my sauces were missing, and they forgot 2 chocolate shakes. None of this was doordashs fault. All of this extra crap I paid for wasn’t there. Doordash ended up refunding me for something that is 100% this McDonald’s fault. I used to like McDonald’s here and there, this place ruined the chain for me.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Always forgetting additions to my orders that cost me extra money. They don’t care if you have allergies as they are always putting excessive amount of onions on my partners burgers when we’ve specifically requested them off for allergy reasons. 9/10 my order is wrong from this location.

First off, there are times where you simply just want an egg McMuffin and hashbrown with a coffee for breakfast. Or other times you’re craving a Big Mac. Well, the best is you just want really good hot fries. . Well, you’re getting any of that here.
The kids at night are nice enough, but, pray for this generation. Ask for a simple order and they get it wrong 98.75% of the time.
And it’s just McDonald’s food. Nothing at all special.
Ask about a special, they are not going to know. They might be special but ask about the special that is on the screen and a lot of ahs and yums. No clue.
So you think you’re going to beat it by going inside? It just gets worse. They stare into the distance never looking you in the eye. Then you actually see why the line outside is so long.
Don’t get me wrong, not all McDonald’s are like this. If I were you and you’re reading this, go to the 24hr one in Gladstone off the Gladstone exit. They seem to have at least graduated.

Normally I like this location. Service and food are usually good. However… yesterday I was craving some classic McDonald’s fries and came by to order some. But I left with something extra in my fries that was quite disturbing. There was a fried fly, yes a fly! In my bag for fries. Needles to say I lost my appetite after that.

Just came through the drive thru and used some points. I got a free nuggets added a large fry, happy meal, and a chicken sandwich meal. I asked the girl specifically if she got my order and she said yes her computer was just lagging. It was all on the screen when ordered but then when I got to the window to collect food she had deleted the large fry. They had me go all the way back around to buy another fry. Your window girl messed up because she was chatting on a phone but I have to go all the way back around and wait to order a fry for her mess up. They couldn’t just take my $4 and give me a large fry? Terrible customer service. Maybe you should check the girl doing the orders on the screen from tonight because she was on a personal phone call and not doing her job properly. The girl who works during the day is amazing!

This place is always a mess. Spilled soda everywhere, the tables are never wiped down. The food is just McDonald’s food. But ya, don’t eat inside. Food takes forever to get if you go inside, too. I don’t know why, they just prioritize the drive thru I guess.
