This McDonalds has lots of parking because it shares parking with a Safeway and Rite Aid in a strip mall situation, which is perfect because I drive a 40’ bus conversion! My wife and I ordered on the app, as we always do, and by the time we walked in to the restaurant we only had to wait a couple of minutes for our order! We both ordered a four piece McCrispy Strips along with our meals. My wife liked them and would order them again…however I thought they were only ok, and would not order them again! If I want chicken from McDonalds I will stick with Chicken Nuggets! My wife also ordered a Big Mac meal which was good all the way around! I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder meal with extra ketchup, extra mustard, and extra slivered onions, and was extremely impressed! EXACTLY AS I ORDERED! Service was friendly…food was McDonalds! Overall the McCrispy strips in my opinion are a waste of money, and everything else was above par!

Normal McDonald’s visit. Food and service were good. The kids play area was busy, so bit noisy but expected. Some of the dining tables needed servicing. Overall, it was typical.

Today I went into Hood River McDonald’s by Safeways. My intentions to help feed 26 homeless people worked out thanks to the staff at this McDonald’s. I had $50 and another lady gave me $40. Night quite enough to pay for all of the food. However the manager and the staff came together and helped me with the rest. Now if that is not Christmas spirit I don’t know what is. Thank You McDonald’s staff and the unknown Lady that helped make some lives feel a little better.

Place was very dirty, probably not cleaned all day. Food was hastily prepared, cheese half on the burger and out wrapped around the bun. Pickles 3 tall stacked on one side. Thank goodness it still tasted good.

Was here today around 7:15 PM — absolutely terrible and slow service.
First they forgot one of my drinks and a sauce. I asked for three more sauces, never got them, had to go get them myself. Most of the booth seats are ripped, the kitchen looks really dirty, the dining area isn’t much better. The Grinch Meal is supposed to come with dill-seasoned fries — there was no dill at all.
The table numbers were left all over the restaurant, staff didn’t even bother to collect them, and they weren’t available at the kiosk either. The manager looked extremely tired and seemed like he simply didn’t care anymore.
Honestly, the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
Management needs to take a serious look at this franchise.

After having to download their app, turn on location services and order through a kiosk just to get the advertised price for two McChicken sandwiches I was rewarded with hard patty’s that tasted like they were moldy and had been soaked in oil for days. I immediately quit eating and through them out. Disgusting. I grew up going to McDonald’s and used to love their McChickens. Not only are the prices outrageous but needing an app for a deal is annoying and while I never expected gourmet this was literally innedible and I suspect it would have made me sick. I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in months and now I don’t think I’ll ever go there again.

I got a Big Mac meal and it was absolutely horrible. Bun was burnt. Burger was dry and had black bits on it. Restaurant was filthy. Employees were standing around visiting instead of sweeping or picking stuff up. Play place was gross. Sticky mess all over the floor and garbage on the tables. Management needs to step up and make these people work. Serving food is not the only job they should be doing especially when the restaurant is trashed. I have to say this McDonald’s is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

This is not my normal McDonald’s location. I’m from out of town and thought that I would stop for a bite to eat and redeem my birthday cinnamon roll reward. When I went into the store and showed my QR code to place my order, I was told it would be $2.75 I said no it’s free because it’s for my birthday reward. He said no it’s for points only. I said no so, then the manager came over backed me out of the QR code that was on my screen and had him type in another code to place my order however, my Big Mac meal wasn’t on there so when I ordered it it wasn’t added to my reward points so there went 1000 points down the drain and on top of that my French fries were cold. Pretty disappointed. ☹️. I Feel cheated outta $10 and 1000 reward points.

The hamburger is not tasty and is disassembled, it is dirty, the service is slow, they do not bring what you ordered. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen.
