Honestly, now that you do everything on your own, no one even talks to you there. All the food is poor quality, not warm tastes disgusting and I don’t mean that in a rude way. There are times where we will get some fresh fries. For example, my sister and I both ordered french fries and a burger the other day. Both of the burgers were cold and only one of the fries had tasted like it was actually warm enough to eat. The other ones were dry and extra salted like they had been cooked a few times. I didn’t think that was very fair and I didn’t want to complain because we were in a car and went through the drive-thru but it’s not something I would recommend the play structure. It’s nice don’t get me wrong but nothing is cleaned correctly. Last time we were inside dining there was napkins, paper towels and sauce container spread all about like no one cared. I’m not sure what everyone’s doing besides sitting in the back. No one takes orders. They bring you out your order and that’s it. There’s no offer of napkins or extra condiments or cleaning up the areas. They just expect you to do it, which is fine, but most people don’t do that. So it looks trashy you just having food and trays sitting everywhere especially in the play area you’d want to keep that place the most sanitized. Also the last time we were there I noticed someone was vaping. I did make a comment but that person ended up moving to an area that was blocked off so you couldn’t see them. I’m guessing it was someone who worked there. It was very unprofessional

Ice cream machine has been down for several weeks during peak shamrock shake/McFlurry season. I’m beginning to suspect it’s shut off on purpose, possibly due to low staffing issues. The folks who work the drive through are consistently SO nice, but this location is clearly poorly managed or poorly owned. I’ve noticed in the last month they hardly ever have someone working the first window, one lane is always closed, and in general I get short staffed vibes. You have a nice crew, and a busy location. Staff them appropriately, support them appropriately, and for the love of God figure out what’s up with the ice cream machine.

I would never stop here again, especially for fries. It took so long just to get one order of fries and one orange juice. Fries were made in very old oil and some pieces were cold and soft. Probably the worst fries I’ve ever had in McDonald’s.

This location routinely doesn’t fully open the French fry container so you end up with less than the full serving that you are paying for.
Also the food isn’t consistently good. It happens to be the closest McDonald’s to our house which sucks.
Edit: gave then one more chance today. I even went in to order talked to someone in the store about the French fry problem, and they still did it wrong.
On top of that, my Big Mac came with 2 middle buns, one of which was the “bottom” of the sandwich. What a joke this place is.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for years upon years and I always have minor issues that I just learned to ignore but today to stand there and make me feel like an idiot saying that my hashbrowns were in the bag. Why would I drive all the way back call beforehand saying that I have no hashbrowns then come pick them up For you to tell me that they’re in the smaller bag and I proceed to tell you the smaller bag just had the condiments for the pancakes and you walk away laughing, mind you this is the manager. Have more professionalism, I pay for my meal. I expect my meal. Simple.

the overnight team is amazing. it usually is a bit of a wait, but that’s expected when they only have a few people working. they definitely have the best customer service out of all the surrounding mcdonald’s. they just routinely don’t fully open the fry containers, and give you like half the amount advertised 🙁

I could tell at first sight that they were understaffed, so we were not surprised that it took a while for our order to be brought. This may be a negative from the perspective of fast food, but there was not a single unfriendly staff, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was also happy to have freshly fried fries and a freshly made hamburger, (probably because they were short on staff).
I also thought it was nice that there is a separate space with play areas for children and separate areas for those who want to spend time quietly and those who come with their families, so the layout is designed to meet the needs of each.
Overall we had a great time which made us visit here several times during the stay.

I am convinced that this McDonald’s either doesn’t know what a McGriddle is or they’re just trying to mess with me at this point. Today was the third time I’ve ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle and was instead given a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. I even confirmed I ordered McGriddles on the screen when ordering. Needless to say I’ll be going to a different location from now on. The location off 185th never has this problem.

Ordered a large sweet tea and chocolate shake at 4:30 in the afternoon today. We were sitting in drive through, window was open. Overheard the manager say “Well Im not brewing any more sweet tea” in an irritated tone to their employees, and proceeded to take the sweet tea cup and move it to behind the counter where we couldn’t see it, and proceeded to dump what I assume, based off taste, raw sugar into the drink since it was apparently and old, low batch. Completely unacceptable, would rather you just give my money back or tell me you’re out of tea. Tasted horrible.
