The sugar-free iced coffee I ordered came very dark brown. It’s supposed to be a light blonde color. Now it’s bitter and tastes watered down. My day’s a bit ruined, but I’ll get over it.

Three strikes and you’re out. I’ve now had my third incident where food was missing from my order and no sauces were included. I HATE how they stack up cars after the drive through and then do a horrible job of ensuring you get the right food. There is no recourse in the app and even after calling them there is nothing they can do except have me drive back. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

I seen some slow McDonalds in my day. But this one take the cake. I cant tell how many times I have spent my entire lunch break just in the drive thru and lobby waiting for my food. But today, today was the worst. I ended up giving up and returned to work with out food. Low key lame Get it figured out management.

My milk was sour. The counter staff didn’t care. They offered me a refund or a more expensive drink which they expected me to pay for. Where I come from you are expected to make it right with the customer not invalidate their experience by making them feel stupid.
