Who ever the Aunty is working the drive thru this past Sunday was either going through something or just a miserable person. It was around 1 pm and she asked if I was using the app I said yes but waiting for it to load. It loaded and I said the number but no response, I waited about 45 mins and just said hello? She said something to the affect of stop saying hello I’m busy in a very condescending tone. I said ok and just waited. She got back to me about 2 mins later and I started to order I said the first order which appeared on screen and than started the second . She very bluntly said can you hold on . I said ok but the tone was there basically yelling at me. I got the order at the window but was missing something so I sat there she ignored me for about 1 min than said you got your order so why stay here. I said no I’m missing the large fry’s and she just turned around and checked the receipt than called in for the girls inside to come and bring some fry’s. Never had a hard time with any drive through employee. Hopefully just a bad day but it seemed like she was the same way with the person ordering when I was waiting for my missing item.

I placed my order on the app from home. Drove to mcdonalds got into the drive thru gave them my code then sat there and sat there and sat there some more. When I finally got up to the window she had my bag. I did not order a drink. She was taking an order and couldn’t even hand me the bag and smile. I got irritated and asked why it was taking soooo long for people to get their orders. She told me other people had to wait also. Im fully aware of that because I had to sit and wait for those people. So she got mad and told me to grow up. It was like 8pm on a Saturday night and it was not busy. Its just a reminder why its been so long (year?) Since ive been to mcdonalds. I wont be coming back any time soon probably not until I forget how this manoa McDonald’s is not on top of their fast food game.

Avoid curbside pickup at this location. I waited over 30 minutes while watching cars move quickly through the drive-thru, and not a single worker came out to check on what I was waiting for. I eventually had to call the store myself, and they told me they “never got the order.” Right after I called, the app suddenly marked my order as picked up, even though I still hadn’t received anything.
In total, I wasted about 45 minutes just trying to get two orders of fries. Extremely disappointing service, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Got the wrong order. Attached photos. Upset overall but what do you expect from a McDonalds late at night. Fries were stale and drinks tasted off. Ordered through the drive though and not notified to wait or when to order, waited about 15 mins

As a visitor, I love both Local Platters with Spam (with or without Portuguese Sausage).
The quality of the Spam surprisingly varies from location to location, and even at the same location. Sometimes the Spam is too watery and spongy, but most times it is very good.

I was there around 3pm when the manager and one of the workers were arguing about an order. The manager named ROMMIE needs to treat their employees with RESPECT. The old lady that went home is a well respected and lovable worker by MANY customers ! To see the manager act the way she did was WRONG in all ways. The request from the customer was SIMPLE , the daughter is allergic to the cone and would like to have ONE of the 4 ice creams WITHOUT THE CONE. The manager got mad for no reason and sent ALL 4 ICE CREAM CONES WITHOUT CONES and thats obviously NOT what the customer wanted ! Manager ROMMIE needs to DO WHAT IS ASKED/REQUESTED from the CUSTOMER because CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS KEY and HER PRIORITY AS A MANGER IS TO TAKE CARE OF HER WORKERS ! What she did today was UNACCEPTABLE and NEEDS TO GET CHECKED ! The worker deserves all the best because CUSTOMERS LOVE AND ADORE HER ! SHE DESERVES A RAISE BECAUSE SHE BRINGS JOY NOT TO MYSELF BUT TO OTHERS ! Also, communication between the outside and the inside WORKS if one from the DINING WEARS A HEADSET ! Communication works TWO WAYS ! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO BE WEARING A DAMN HEADSET TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PERSON WORKING DRIVE THRU !
To the worker that walked out of work because of this, I want you to know that you are doing a GREAT JOB working and bringing smiles the customer and myself. It is ALWAYS pleasure coming to mcdonalds and being served with your kindness and precious SMILE ! so THANK YOU for bringing JOY to the customers that comes through the DRIVE-THRU !

Great coffee, they just run out fast!
The staff is super friendly and full of Aloha!
They are so nice here they will even go get your coffee from the drive thru, for us unable to drive, when they run out inside.
