Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service was fast and the food was as expected. Having some pigeons sneak their way in was pretty cool as well

Good location. Quite a bit of seating, larger inside than I would have expected. The decor inside is much fancier than your typical McDonald’s. The employees were helpful and polite. Ordering is all done via 2 touchscreens at the front of the store. No public restrooms available here. Food is reasonably priced considering it’s Hawaii but still more than your stateside store.

Pretty average McDonald’s but the ordering was easy, wait was quick, and the quality what I expected. Could do worse for late night take out!

I don’t usually eat fast food but because they had Portuguese sausage and spam I had to try it as a tourist. It was the best. Everything was fresh and hot. I would definitely go back again the next time I visit Hawaii.

We walked 10 min to this store mostly because our hotel concierge mentioned that McDonalds in Hawaii has special menu items. However when we got there almost everything that brought us in was unavailable. Kinda reminded me mcD ice cream machines always being ‘broken’. Uh huh….

I went here for a little snack, and a sugar free iced coffee. It’s a very short walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village. The area itself is very busy so the light to cross is very long. The coffee was fresh even at 6:30 pm. I had some chicken bites they were hot and very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful since I had ordered on my phone to another state they assissted me in cancelling that, and getting my order to the Ala Moana location.

After learning that McDs in Honolulu serve Hawaiian breakfast and other local treats, we’ve decided to give it try. As it turned out, it was just spam, sausage, eggs with white rice, not really “Hawaiian” breakfasts. It was okay for McD’s standard, but obviously there are much better non-McD options around Waikiki. We also wanted to try other Hawaiian treats, such as taro pies, but it didn’t have any. It’s on the menu, but we cannot have any during our visit for unknown reasons. All in all, it wasn’t worth us eating our breakfast at our local McD. By the way, we also ordered McGriddle and they were tiny, much smaller than what I can remember. The sitting area was generally clean, except for the constant pigeons flying into the restaurant, but the staff was doing a decent job trying to shoosh them away. Finally, there was no bathroom at this location, so be forewarned.

First of all, the entrance was filthy. The staff were just standing around chatting. The burger was lukewarm, clearly not fresh, and frankly, it tasted terrible. But the worst part was the staff’s attitude—they were incredibly arrogant and couldn’t even manage a simple “hello” or “thank you.” I’ve never seen a McDonald’s as bad as this one.

Just goes to show you that McDonald’s in Hawaii is just as good as McDonald’s on the mainland. Except for the service was very quick. And it was very entertaining watching the workers chase out the pigeons. All in all good service good food any cheaper break from paying the Resort prices.

9:30 December 27th the cleaning lady which is a good job cleaning has had the Bobby shut down from at least 9:30. 90 minutes before closing. Not 50% which is common but 100%. Since she has no cleaning to do she is now just standing around. The lady claims that the boss. The food is always good here the staff that are not managers are always nice. But there is no culture of customer service after all they are only tourists and will be gone next week. I asked the name of the manager she says Anna Marie obviously they have no fear set the owner cares that there is customer complaints. There are families that walk from the hotels 10 or 15 minutes away and then finally have no place to eat their food. Very sad.
