McDonald’s Kuhio Ave is very convenient. The location is excellent in Waikiki, perfect for late night. McDonald’s Kuhio Ave is busy but well organized.

24 minutes for a bottle of water and a fish burger, this place is a LAST RESORT option. I will sooner buy street food from the homeless than come back to this McDonald’s, the service was catered to get customers in and out and it shows when paying customers wait 24 minuets in the eating area for food. Considering their sign asks the customers to limit their stay to 30 minuets to not INCONVENIENT future customers, basically telling us to wait 24 minutes for a fish burger and bottle of water and only leave 6 minuets to eat? What’s worse is no restroom for paying customers.

Since we are in Hawaii, I wanted to try the SPAM breakfast. I like the idea of rice with breakfast. It was SPAM, eggs and rice, and McDonald’s, fast and easy. My meal cane with fork and knife, salt and pepper packets and soy sauce, which was definitely needed for the rice. The kiosk was out of paper for receipts and sometimes they would call a receipt number instead of the table number.

Loved using the automated menu ordering and the fast service. Nice and clean. My granddaughter loved the meal with the Portuguese sausage. We visited this place twice.

A well located McDonald’s that is within walking distance of Waikiki beach and all major hotels in the area. There is plenty of seating, self-kiosks and relatively fast service. This restaurant is very spacious thanks to the high ceilings. I had no problem.

A nice newer McDonald’s clean and well kept, but the service is very slow. It took 10 minutes to get a happy meal and fountain drink. There were others who had to wait longer, and yet there were less than 20 people in the whole store.

Attempted to go here after arriving on a late flight. Restaurant was apparently closed at 11pm, despite advertising being open 24 hours. Staff still inside the restaurant did their best to ignore the many confused people standing outside. No signage or anything else to indicate they had closed.

We just wanted something small for dinner. We were walking along Kuhio and saw this McDonald’s tucked here. There was one cashier and three order kiosks. There was also the option to order via the mobile app.
We used one of the kiosks and waited about 5-10 minutes for our order. Judging from the number of orders in the queue on the video screen, they were very busy. We needed a place to rest anyway and cool off so this was a good place to sit and wait for our food. When it was ready, we grabbed what we ordered. My wife asked for some ketchup and they gave us a lot. Normally, in Toronto, when you ask for ketchup, they only give you 1 pack (cheap, I know). My wife was surprised she didn’t need to ask for more. The food was pretty good for a McDonald’s.
