It’s a little tough to get to the building. Outside patio is really nice the building is super clean. The staff is really attentive and provide great customer service. In Hawaii they have a local menu with rice, Portuguese Sausage eggs and spam. It is really solid and filling breakfast

I usually avoid drive-thrus but this morning went to the Waipio McDonald’s by CORP. The guy who ran my card was incredibly polite and thoughtful. It might not seem like much but these little interactions can be really uplifting. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible service, I had a curbside order and they hadn’t came out in 20 mins even though the app said they were on their way out with my order 5 minutes before I went in. Order was not a special order or big it was a single meal. I go inside and I see my order just sitting there on the rack behind the cashier, I can see the condensation dripping on my drink… I told the cashier I ordered 20mins ago and no one brought out my food, she hands me the bag and drink and I ask if it’s cold. She rolls her eyes and said I could check. I checked and the fries were cold so I said no it’s cold, she walks away and I tell her I don’t have time I just want a refund. She tells her manager and the manager takes a while to come up, even when I explain I’m in a hurry and have to go. Attitude is similar to the cashier like it’s okay to serve cold food almost a half hour from when it’s ordered. I tried calling a few times and their line was off the hook, said line busy. Really needs to remove their curbside option if they’re not going to provide the service.

Run don’t walk away from this McDonald’s! First their lobby design and layout is not customer friendly and is very small. On top of the terrible design, they have a sign asking you to limit your cost to 30 minutes, (not customer friendly). On top of the seating being too small for tall people, the furniture as big cuts in them and needs to be replaced. Also, the tables looked as if they had not been cleaned since the day before, and lastly the muffin I ordered look and tasted deadly. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for quite some time. Be very cautious when visiting this location. Lastly and most annoying is the beverage machine not being operable. The beverage machine being down should be top priority to get fixed.

Food is okay and it is what you would expect from a McDonald’s restaurant. However they really shrink down the size of the food they serve so if you are hungry you might need to order more than a meal deal. How sad.

Waited 15 minutes curbside. Had to go into restaurant to retrieve my order. Also most of the time patrons park in the curbside to order inside. This location used to be good but now it’s terrible. The rice was mushy

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a McDonald’s, but we really enjoyed our visit. The restaurant was super clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was as expected, but we received it fast, and it was accurate.

Our Favorite McDonald’s Location because they serve the Local Style breakfast platters 24/7. Portuguese Sausage, Spam, Eggs and Rice, fresh and hot, anytime you have a craving for it. Limited indoor seating, but we have always manged to find seats. Also a nice outdoor seating area. Drive through gets busy, but with a reasonable wait during peak hours. Parking limited, but sufficient. Convenietly located at the cornwr of Kam Hwy and Ka Uka Blvd with Costco conveniently down the road.
