I counted 30 flies in here while I have just been sitting down. There must be hidden trash somewhere where these flies are being born its actually crazy. This window alone has 11 flies. These poor workers have to work around the most amount of flies i have ever seen in a business. Id rather them hang up those nasty yellow fly sticky traps in the middle of the building for everyone to see

Order delivery from McDonald’s app to be delivered to Wahiawa so never need drive The order went to Mililani mauka McDonald’s. Doordash was great. Received the bag sealed. Opened bag. Was missing mocha frappe and a fries. Had to go to Wahiawa McDonald’s to pick up missing items. Wahiawa McDonald’s was great they gave us a whole new order because food was getting cold already. No sense order delivery if the order is not going to be fulfilled.

I don’t do too many reviews on Fast Food places because everyone eats here on a daily basis but the few times i do go to McDonald’s is definitely for the McTeri Burger. I LOVE this Burger-alot. DRIPPING in delicious sweet Teri Sauce and slathered in mayonnaise with onions makes it so delicious. Limited Time Only. I really wished they would make this a Hawaii Exclusive! A slice of pineapple added would be nice too.

Finally tried the Mt. McDonaldland shake. A very strong Berry taste. I would consider this on the highly sweet side and something I would drink honestly, once a year when it comes to shakes. I only get McDonald’s once a month, maybe less and I normally go for limited item things. Had my sugar for the month with this shake so I’m satisfied.

Went through the drive through and they had me oark because my order wasn’t ready. I parked and they brought my order out which was missing an item. I went inside and was ignored at the register for about 15 minutes. Finally an employee asked me if I needed help. I let her know I was missing and item from my order. She immediately walked away and ignored me. I had to wait another 5 minutes for a separate employee to finally get my food. Terrible service.

The poor kids that work there aren’t being trained well. Supervision and management need to step up. Orders pile up, service suffers and people expecting fast food get their patience tested.

This is my favorite mcdonalds on the whole island. The staff is top tier and always goes above and beyond to help resolve order issues, which are hardly ever even when there is a lot of people ordering both inside and out. I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the front register but he is always on point. You can tell he has pride in what he does.

Only good for breakfast. I ordered the new sandwich and barely had anything on it. Adding pictures of what I ordered to what I got. If they add a decent amount of sauce and lettuce does it come out of the workers pay???? Whats going on in there. Billion dollar company and trying to save a few cents.

Tried calling management about mold on my sandwich to have them avoid getting others sick. Guess I’ll try again tomorrow as well as the health department to come and do a check bc this hasn’t been the first time something has happened at this location.
