Why do you not allow refills on fountain drinks like every other McDonals in the US does???? This really irritated us. Our locations at home not only offer free refills but on the app you only pay $1. I feel like you’re taking advantage of tourists and locals for that matter.

No Aloha love here… Shocked at the horrible service! I ordered some food an an OREO McFlurry. Don’t get an oreo McFlurry here! Almost the entire McFlurry was solid plain vanilla icecream other than a sprinkle of oreo dust on the top. Normally I wouldn’t care but I was oddly craving oreos! And happened to be driving by good Ole McDonalds. So no big deal, I nicely went up with a smile on my face and said there were no oreos in the McFlurry, showed them the plain white icecream and asked them to just throw some on top so I could stir them in myself and they had to get their manager. Then the manager asked the staff if they put the correct amount of oreos in and they sheepishly said yes so the manager turned to me and said nope, we won’t give you any more. You have to pay more if you want more oreos… More oreos? It was literally plain white icecream, Ha ha. I was pretty shocked and bummed of course. Such a simple fix to make a customer happy. Oh the world we live in these days…. and a rare occurrence of the exact opposite of the Aloha vibe I’ve always experienced living here. Well, on to the rest of this beautiful day. Sorry for the review but shame on you ya happiness stealing McDonalds manager

Rookie mistake. Just when I thought I had everything. Got home and I didn’t.. People make mistakes but does it have to be any time.. I thought people were supposed to learn from their mistakes??? Work environment is trash. Service is trash. Yet we are just here for the food. Watch your order carefully at this location!

Orders on app then it got cancelled and when I showed my order to the worker they got it wrong and when I went outside and realized they got it wrong I tried to go back in and both doors were locked. It was not after hours either. I couldn’t go inside to order more food so I just had to leave

KS#3, amazed at how well she works and was very pleasant despite line. Must be quite hard but – way to go aunty! Food was pretty fast and hit during morning rush hour. I went inside but drive thru was quick moving. Just lucky? Not sure but nice, clean, convenient location.
Came back next day to same location because was in the area. Paulette?, cashier, very nice lady along with other workers. Way to go! ✌

I *hate* the self service kiosks. Had questions about the newly advertised McFlurry and couldn’t find any detail on the kiosk or anyone to help. Not just this McDonald’s, but especially this one drew my ire for the lack of service.
McDonald’s, wake up and staff your front of house like Culver’s or Chic Fil’A. What’s next, cooking my own meal too? Will be voting with my wallet by not visiting McDonalds without staff at the counter. Will walk out in the future.
