Our standby breakfast every time we come to Hawaii. We have to have it just once. Execution was what we expected, consistent and basic. We ordered & paid on the kiosk and our meals were brought to our table in the dining area by an employee. She was robotic, not smiling, and didn’t say a word even when we thanked her. I suppose this is where service is heading these days. At least the dining area was clean and they have a great location adjacent to the Marriott next door and within walking distance to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

I ordered a mcchicken with no Mayo and got a mc no chicken I also did not get the nuggets nor sauce which were ordered and on the receipt. Sadly did not notice until I was home. When the main managers are working my orders are always perfect so must be new staff

Avoid this McDonald. Some Franchisees in Hawaii have gotten so stingy. This location removed their self service drink station and is not offering any refills. It’s a shame that they do this and I’m sure they know they can get away with it because it’s the only fast food in the area. Go to the Subway down the street, at least the experience is the same no matter which location you go to.

I ordered a hot tea and discovered they only had green tea; which I do not like. They should have at least had a choice of green and black. On top of that, I returned the teabag and hot water and was upcharged $2.00 for the hot chocolate I got instead.

Well, well, well, looks like my favorite McDonald’s has decided to join the dark side. No more refills? Sauce for 82 cents? And what’s this, no more complimentary water cups? I guess they really wanted to make us feel like we’re paying for a Michelin-starred meal. I mean, come on, McDonald’s, you’re a fast-food joint, not a five-star restaurant. The only thing that’s making me feel better about this whole situation is that I’m pretty sure I could find a sauce packet on the ground that’s worth more than 82 cents. I hope this owner comes to their senses soon and realizes that they’re not fooling anyone with these fancy new charges.

The automatic sliding door at this location has been broken for a year, their Wi-Fi is horribly slow and their Mc app is down frequently so no points or deals on those transactions. The food quality is what you would expect and it’s the only drive thru option within a 40-minute drive.
