Best McDonald’s on the island! I love their food, and drinks, and all the workers here are very nice! I usually go in the drive thru here rather than go in, and get food. I would go in the drive thru and get food if you want to get your food faster because it takes longer going inside and get it usually. Would I recommend coming here? Yes of course! But it’s better to come when they are not super busy.

Ok I have to write a review because this McDonald’s was just so delicious. The hottest, freshest fries, burgers delicious, chicken nuggets delicious and McFlurry so yummy. I had so much soda on the plane that I didn’t want a soda, and now I’m sad I didn’t because I think it may have been the best Diet Coke of my life!!! Also the gal at the drive thru was super friendly!!! Seriously so yummy. If you have a hankering for McDonald’s when you’re visiting the island — head here!!!

food is always good and hot restaurant always clean and presentable to the public The only issue we have is all the workers pay more attention to the drive-thru then the counter they want everyone to use the mobile app or the computers or the kiosks to order food but you get your order fast that way but if you’re paying cash you have to after placing your order you have to wait and until they finally send someone up to take cash need to install a buzzer or even a camera on a wall over that’s overlooks the registers with a monitor in the back that workers can see people in the front and help them

Really frustrated with this location since their renovation. The only way to ensure you get food in a timely manner is to battle through the drive through. We placed an online order for pick up in store thinking that would be faster and easier since we were on a time crunch and we proceeded to wait 30+ before we finally just had to leave without food since we needed to make our next appointment. Between having minimal people working in the back and them prioritizing doordash, none of the in house orders were being met in a timely manner. I’ve served my time working in fast food, having a crowd of people waiting over 45 mins for a FASTFOOD breakfast is absurd when they could’ve gone down the street and had a sit down meal in that time. This is the death of fast food.

This franchisee does a great job keeping up. The place is very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The drive-thru line seems to be constantly busy. Been here twice in two days. They rock! ✌️

Worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a simple egg mcmuffin meal and ended up waiting 50 minutes before I had to get a refund because they still didn’t have my food ready. I asked multiple times towards the end of that time if they could check on the order and no one would help. Everyone who came in after me got their food in a timely manner. Even when I was trying to just get a refund it took multiple tries to have someone help me. Terrible service, regardless if it’s busy or not.

The manager said I ordered to Lihue because my total was $3.13. They lost my order. I definitely ordered it to Kapa’a and the address was shown on my receipt. They refused to remake the order and the manager was arguing with me and raising his voice. I have been to McDonalds in many many places and I have never had an experience like this. All I wanted were my breakfast sandwiches, which I never received. They used my points and wouldn’t refund my money. Will never come back. Guy should’ve gotten punched.

I keep trying, but it always fails. I wish the McDonald’s in the US would climb to the standards they have in France. The employees seem to be happier too.
