The drive-through employee insisted that a mobile order and a reward code are the same thing, which is simply not true. The app generates different codes for different purposes. I could not tell whether she was genuinely confused or just having a bad day, but when we asked for clarification, she doubled down and said they were the same and added that we were making her job harder. In reality, it seemed like she did not understand how the app works.
She then asked if we wanted a receipt. When I said yes, she questioned why. When I explained it was to make sure the order was correct, she responded that it is always correct. That response was frustrating, especially considering that everyone checks their orders regardless of what food chain they are at.

I havent eaten at McDonalds in years and stopped by on a whim. Overall, everything was great and the food as decent! I got the big mac with extra sauce and chicken sandwich, both there great!

At nearly $4.00 for a ice cream cone you would expect it to be perfect. Ordered one this afternoon and when handed my cone was cracked in several places and ice cream was leaning over and when I said something to person handing my order to me, she told me “what you going eat it anyway. Then proceeded to close window. I sat there for a few seconds then got her attention and called her over to window and told her i was very disappointed and asked for a cup to put it in. There was the main cone and also a portion of a bottom that was sitting inside the main piece!! I handed it back to her. I should of asked for a refund. What a response from MANAGER. her name was BING.

Do not go to this McDonalds in the morning I don’t care how small the order is you will get parked for an excess of 10 minutes… on a military base the service should be much better Definitely a (slow food restaurant)

My husband went to pick me up a small smoothie and they didn’t fill the cup up. Shorted a good 4oz and they still charged us about $4 for a small that’s not even filled. How are they not embarrassed? This is a regular occurrence.
They also told my husband that there was only mango in the smoothie, and if I was allergic to pineapple this would’ve turned out to be a pretty serious situation.

I ordered fries one time and then they forgot to put it in and I was like oh well happens, but then like 2 months later i order again and I get no fries! The even more outrageous part was that my buddy who was with me who ordered fries, also didn’t get them! Put the fries in the bag please!!

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I actually waited a long time before writing this review just to see if things would improve, but they never did. I’ve lived here for over a year and given this location multiple chances, and every single visit my order has been messed up—without fail.
It almost feels like they do it on purpose, or maybe there’s just zero quality control. Either way, it points to a serious management issue. Honestly, the managers need to be replaced if this location is ever going to get better.
Unfortunately, my toddler likes McDonald’s and this is the closest one to our house, so I’ve had no choice but to come back from time to time. But if you have any other option, I highly recommend avoiding this location. The McDonald’s in Kailua, for example, is much better.

Ordered food at 1230 on the app, left to pick up my food at curbside at 1240 only to go in after a few minuets to be told that my order was just then being made due to the store being “busier than normal” even though it wasnt packed. Dear McDonalds staff, when you have a pre-order, prioritize that first and get it done so then people can just grab and go. Figure it out
