It’s on the main road in Haleiwa across from all the food trucks so when it’s crazy tourists it can be a little hard to get in and out. I live here so I know the rounds to avoid the crazy traffic but they have great customer service when we do eat there but it’s not too often. Not a lot of parking but they keep it moving.

As stated in other reviews, they have 2 restrooms but will only allow customers to use one, even if you are a PAYING CUSTOMER. I understand that they don’t want to provide a restroom for the whole town but customers should be treated like customers. They could have the other one locked and give the key to customers eating at the restaurant. When I spoke to the manager she was rude, short, and disrespectful. There was no appreciation for the customers eating at the restaurant. We walked out and do not plan to go back.

Food was good and store was clean, but there was only one single person bathroom open and a long line for it. They also seemed short staffed and all of the condiments and napkins are behind the counter so you have to wait for them to have time to get you ketchup when they don’t put it in the bag.

Wanted cheese and tomatoes on my eggs. Cheese was put on pancakes OMG .65 for cheese And .85 for4 small slices of Roma tomato. Crew leader better do some more training. This is not up to anybody’s standard.

This place obviously serves McDonald’s food that’s why he gets three stars off the bat but if you need to use the bathroom check it out make sure you don’t park in the parking lot if you’re not a customer you will get towed

We also had the same experience as every below ! Worst Macca’s experience and ruined our holiday mood. We bought some food at Maccas and decided to scout the area quickly as well saw some food trucks and they towed our car away. Not only did we have to pay our uber to get there but also $175 to the guy who was there to release the car – mind you he was super dodgy. We told him that we had dined at Maccas, even had a receipt to prove. We were trying to negotiate as we thought it was very unfair. He said he’s only there to collect the money, he doesn’t know the driver not doesn’t have his number. I asked “what do you mean, you guys aren’t together as a company? And why is his tow truck parked here then and you have keys to lock up this whole place ” He then told me that they are together but he doesn’t have the drivers number. What a lie.
