This review should be zero stars. They are open both inside and drive thru. Inside the bathrooms are out of order and they tell us to go use the bathrooms next door at chili’s all the while their employees keep walking right past us to use the bathroom. Im not asking for special treatment but my wife is disabled. DO BETTER

They always mess up orders. I ordered plain McDoubles with Mac sauce and asked drive thru worker to confirm. And she said yes plain with Mac sauce. Also order led plain mcchicken and it wasn’t plain. This is just one of the occasions.

McDonald’s is basic. Higher prices compared to last year. Gone are $1 menu ,Gone are cashier’s slowly being replaced by order yourself kiosks & soon robots will be preparing your meals. Remember the Jetsons or Startrek ? 2030 is knockin the future is sneaking up on us.

I was already curbside in spot #4 when I started my order in the app. The time was 11:18am when I submitted the order. Approximately 22 mins later the order came to me curbside and I mentioned to the employee that the order “sure took a long time”. The employee gave no apologies for the delay, but did say “Why don’t you go to the other McDonalds then”. I told her that was a very unprofessional response. She kept walking with no further response. This is not the first time their staff has been unprofessional.

10/27/24 Sunday, my wife and I stopped here curbside pick up at 9:37am. She ordered a chicken breakfast meal which they didn’t have but didn’t tell her. We waited 30 minutes for our food, which was a curbside already ordered pick up. We figured they were busy, so we waited but when we got her food, it was not what she ordered and charged us for something else but did not want to refund our money. They overcharged us for a cheaper meal and did not refund us the correct amount. Terrible customer service, terrible service period. Take your business elsewhere unless you like being ripped off.

I dont know who was on the first register at 10:55 but this younger lady with short hair didnt say one word to us while we were paying and then she left the window open while she complained about us because when we ordered we said can we get the buy one get 1 free.

You normally I’m pretty easy to please, but this remodeling is a total drag. You’d think with the money McDonald’s has, this whole building could have been torn down and rebuilt in a week. And I dare you to even try to do a walk up. Sure the have curb side-if you’re in a car… And the line of cars I drive thru is insanely wrapped around the building. Only way I’d deal with that headache is if I had coupons for free food. My son was highly disappointed…. Too bad they don’t spend this kind of attention on their ice cream machine….
Update: the new lobby and dinning areas are very nice, pleasant, and very ascetic. Way better looking than the old dinning area. Simple but effective.Great job all! Now can we get the same engineer to make sure all ice cream machines stay functional!! Aloha to all

Food service is a little on the slower side. I always feel that they tell me to park my vehicle and wait for my order. Ice cream machine seems like it is always out of order. Same worker on drive thru is working every time we go, most times she is nice but always feels like she’s rushing you when trying to order. I need to stop eating here anyway.
