Well, unfortunately it’s Mc’s in California, and even though it’s a classic taste and of course the fries when hot and cooked correctly are the best in fastfood but paying the top wages in fast food has made it a once in awhile treat not the regular go to as in days gone past! If I’m going to spend $40 for two people there are places with better food that’s better for you available! They should have an version of AA for Mac’s, I’ve been sober for over 5 years and never crave alcohol like I occasionally do a big Mac and fries!

I’ve seen it all now in Chico. You have a no smoking or vaping sticker on the window of the drive thru. So I play your game and ask, what’s the reason at the drive thru? The response was sometimes the smell comes in the window while they are waiting on you. Interesting. So the fumes coming from the exhaust of the thousands of cars that come through will have no affect. Only some occasional smoker? Give me a break. Thats some woke crap. You can’t dictate what someone does in there car at the drive thru. You talk about a dictatorship. You McDonald’s take the cake. Put a fan in behind your employees and remove your ridiculous stickers…….

I’m a truck driver and I dropped off a load at Lowe’s home improvement next door and could not get served at the McDonald’s at 14:00 in the afternoon . I was directed to use the app to order curbside but I was unable to reset my password and was told that “social customers” couldn’t do that by the app. Take out was not an option because you can’t enter the dining room. Way to go McDonald’s! My 30 minute DOT break is up and I get to drive down the road hungry.

The employee at drive through was so distracted gawking at my wife that the food bag was basically thrown out to us wordlessly. Even continued staring as the window closed.
Fries were cooked too long and turned into nearly burnt levels of crunch – and what was supposed to be two cheeseburgers with no cheese came to us as one bun with cheese and pickles – no meat – and one with meat and nothing else.

Got a cheeseburger, fries and a drink for $5 and added a sundae. Honestly it was great and just was I needed. I ordered on the app and picked up via the pickup parking. Food got to me hot and freshly made. They forgot something but made it right and were very kind. Great service!
