I paid $13 for some rubbery great value English muffins, half an egg and a warmed up frozen sausage patty.
None of it is hot. Its like warm at best.

always same thing ,go tru drive tru and order then you get sent to side to wait for order with an unpleasant greet, come on thats a big hassle doing all that, waste of time , also whatever happend to the drive tru screen where all the menu select numbers are ….who is in charge of this place needs to be fired and hire someone new,someone who really cares and not just reply with lame reply “oh need more detail to address issue” what more detail needed when a whole block has same issues posted and more. ,waited like 30 minutes to get my meal with employees with lost mind in reaching out to my car with my right order, this is a daily drive tru issue , so what more detail is it needed for something to get done right and not just repeat same lame reply…..

First they wouldn’t accept a mobile order, so I go inside they are out of about 75% of sauces and multiple flavorings, they tried to short me on my change, waited a half hour for my food even though they had about a dozen people in the kitchen but only a couple people actually working, missing multiple items in my order, and all of the food was cold. If the franchisee reads this you need to spend some time and make sure everything is up to par and until I hear about changes being made I will avoid this location and all other locations you franchise

Rude manager every time I go here. Cold stale French fries and chicken nuggets. Imagine being the manager and you have a stank attitude. Way to set an example For your employees. Lol. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Customer service sucks here.

They need way better management, they never know who is at what station order my breakfast at 10 and been waiting in the parking lot for 35 minutes. They always look lost and manager avoids to look at the front counter when all you want to is ask for a update on youre order

Excellent location right off the highway in the middle of town. Watch out for all the sketchy characters. People with more tattoos than someone at the circus, crazy people walking around the parking lot talking to themselves and empty cups. Food was great service was great. Kind customer service. Plenty of parking. Large clean bathrooms. Electronic menus. Spacious dining area. Disturbing clown watching over everyone. Highly recommended.

I went to drive thru waited as three cars passed me in the other drive thru lane. I waited to place my order, was told I couldnt add cheeses and egg to a birthday app code I have, then was rushed to take the rest of my order. So I requested them to not use the code if it makes there job easier. When I received my items and it came to the beverage there was carmel and chocolate covering the outside of the cup ruining my clothes and interior of my rental car. Never will I refer or go back to a place that claims 100% beef while maintaining 30% plus soy in their “beef”

I ordered a curbside pick up, Emmanuel came out and DEMANDED that I show him my code and when I showed him the order on my app he then said I need to check my email and give him the code again. I pointed out that there was no code given and he said “you arent getting food then” and walked away. I waited for a a few minutes until the order was brought out by another worker and when EMMANUEL walked by he stuck out his tongue at us, rolled his eyes and then laughed and smiled like it was nothing. I have worked in food service since I was 16 and would NEVER even think to act this way towards a guest. This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited and will not be going back

The big breakfast we got was ridiculous. Two english muffins cut in half. They weren’t even hot. They were rubbery. We got like a single egg that was also not even warm. The sausage was really the only thing with a temperature above the room. Also, i’m not a big girl. I weigh like 110 lbs and this “big breakfast” was tiny. I paid $13.
A bag of these muffins with like eight is like $3 at walmart. A bag of frozen patties is $6. A carton of eggs is like $3 or $4. and you can make a dozen of these meals for the same price in half the time and it’ll be better quality.
Definitely never ordering from a mcdonalds again. Fast food has become a bit of a useless thing these days anyway, it’s not fast nor qualifies as food anymore.
Was just hoping to get something before we left on our trip.
Mcdonalds definitely taught me to just eat breakfast at home real quick lol
