The restaurant is very clean, and is appropriate to enjoy with family or friends a delicious quarter pounder burger or a classic cheeseburger, creams.
The desserts and ice creams are the most delicious, and without forgetting the coffee in the morning accompanied by a delicious apple pie, It is an excellent restaurant and always has all the meals fresh and ready on time.

We usually order through the drive through, and almost every time, they forget to give us something. Usually is the sauces for the chicken nuggets, which ruins the whole meal. Today, after they dismissed me, I actually waited and opened the Happy Meal to check for the sauce and it wasn’t there, so I had to ask for it again. Then when we got home my daughter asked for her drink and I realized they never gave us her milk either but I wasn’t going to drive all the way back, it wasn’t worth the gas, time, or energy. I also ordered a Spicy Deluxe McCrispy meal and the chicken tasted gross. It was like rubbery, I couldn’t tell if it was old, undercooked or what but I definitely do not want to go back. I don’t know why I even did if I know they always mess up the order one way or another. My daughter did like her chicken nuggets and fries that’s why I give them 3 stars but she wasn’t happy about not getting her milk.

Review:
My experience with the manager Crystal at this McDonald’s has been shockingly bad, to the point where it raises serious concerns about how this store is being managed. Her behavior is consistently rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward customers.
This is not a one-time issue — multiple customers, including myself, have noticed the same pattern. Crystal speaks with an aggressive tone, shows attitude for no reason, and treats customers as if they are a burden. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for someone in a manager position.
Her actions do not just ruin the customer experience — they reflect very poorly on McDonald’s as a brand.
It feels like she has no training, no professionalism, and no interest in treating people with basic respect. I genuinely do not understand how someone with this behavior is allowed to manage a customer-facing location.
I strongly request that upper management review her conduct immediately, because it is driving customers away and damaging the reputation of this store.
Until this issue is addressed, I will not be returning — and based on what I’ve heard from other customers, many feel the same.
McDonald’s needs to take serious action here. This level of unprofessional behavior should not be ignored.

I came here with an empty drive thru, they told me to park and wait snd that they were waiting on a bagel. 20 minutes later nothing. I go inside they gave it to someone else.

Staff is rude lobby is dirty and when u get an ice cream cone they give you a very small ice cream cone that is only in the hole of the cone its suppose to be around the edge of the cone and 3 decent swirls. It was literally and inch tall. That’s ridiculous. my husbands mini mcflurry was only half full. This is not the first time this has happened either and I can see other complaints about it too. When I mentioned it to the manager she said I can make you a new one and it was still the same size so what was the point except she wasted an ice cream cone. Time to stop going there.

There was no staff available in front and we ordered food and I got it after 45 minutes. They are super slow and not even prepared. When I finally received my order, one item was missing and the rest of the food was cold already. The employee told another customer who also had a missing item that “Everything is super confusing!”

I went to McDonald’s for breakfast yesterday morning. I ordered mcgriddles with no egg. Who ever cooked the order was not paying attention because they put egg on every single sandwich. Also in addition to that, they left left the back bun off of one sandwich and then they made one mcgriddle with doubled pieces of buns.(probably the bun from the other sandwhich) It was definitely intentional. I feel like McDonald’s hires anybody and they do not care about good service. This is terrible and I tried to call today and they have the phones design where you can’t speak to anyone at the location. If I had the power to motivate people not buy food from McDonald’s because they have gotten terrible I would. If the founder of McDonald’s knew how his business is being managed and all these franchises he would not be happy! Praying for peace with this because it’s so disrespectful when you get your food and see the disrespect in how they handled it. Praying for who ever was responsible for handling my food this way. i suggest you to use the rewards program of McDonalds, it did give me a free medium fries with a minimum of $1 purchase (clever me did buy two cookies for $1.20, i know drinks can be $1, but that’s not consistent with a lot of restaurants)

the restrooms are well-maintained because they are locked unless by request, dunno how i feel about that other than businesses have rights, remember “we reserve the right to refuse service”?
