Love the fun new look inside with the interactive play area for the kiddos also has a great modern feel. The food was good and as always fit the budget, it nice that the kiosks are available for Fast in and back on the road! Overall the visit was great and Really Love all the updates!!

I don’t care for all the technology but, I haven’t been going to McDonald’s for some years. Thought I’d give the old faithful filet-o fish a try on days when I want something quick and convenient on the go but this time made me rethink my decision. My fish had a bone in it. Also while I was driving that evening and trying to eat on the go, I kept needing to take things out of my mouth as the edges of the fish patty seemed too hard like paper or plastic were involved. At 1x I turned on my car light to look at my food and was just disappointed with my choice for the evening. The kiosks was cool. The wait inside wasn’t too long. The drive thru line outside was chaotic looking. Can’t say I’ll never go back to get a better experience &:give a better review but.. not anytime soon

Honestly disappointed with this location. The amount of flies inside was ridiculous — flying around the dining area and the front counter. On top of that, there was a nasty smell that hit me while waiting for my food. It made eating there really uncomfortable. I ended up taking my food to go because it just didn’t feel clean, tables not clean. This place needs a serious deep clean and better upkeep.

I ordered from the kiosk to eat in the store ..waited almost 20 minutes for my meal … Unacceptable!!! No apology from staff….They need to hire more staff…And they prioritize the Drive thru and Food drivers over walk in customers… Got my food and they give you an empty cup. You have to get your own drink!!! What’s with that?

I’m a long standing customer as I work in the vicinity. As hungry as I was I waited with the crowd and finally got my food. To my surprise I had an over chocolate syrup milkshake for one. Second, there was mold on my bun to my chicken sandwich.
Well, I called to get this situation rectified and they don’t want to take responsibility for their actions. Had to throw my food away. Hopefully someone else can relate. Hopefully not.
More than likely about to start eating at Taco Bell, where at least there’s no mold on tortillas.

The drive through was packed and I was the only person waiting at the counter. I heard them say they were waiting on nuggets as I watched them send nuggets out the drive through window and pull fresh nuggets out of the fryer several times. After patiently waiting more than 10 minutes I walked to my truck and was surprised to find dried out nuggets and a mcdouble that looked like it was from last week. Bad service and worse food. Horrible management. Check out the photos I took before throwing it in the trash

Today I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers add tomatoes. Was waiting for my order for 12 minutes. Got 2 double cheeseburgers. Came back, were remade with no tomatoes. I’m not hungry anymore but out of principle I will make them remake it.

Terrible, ordered and paid. Ordered 2 large milkshakes gave me a small one, I said this should be large. Ohhhh did you change it or was it always a large, She replied. I said no it always was a large. Got home opened the bag, my large $5 fry was half empty. Ridiculous they are 5 dollars and then to lay them in the bag to look full and half empty was terrible.

Nothing like getting home and unpacking your kids and getting everybody’s food out to know that you’re missing stuff from your order. How incompetent do you have to ? You look at a screen and you put what’s on there in the bag! And the incentive of calling McDonald’s is you could pack your kids back up and go get the food that It was forgotten. The manager was nice and wanted to fix it but the only way you can fix it and make it right is get the order right the first time. so I gave it the rating that I did for missing food and not even straws for the sodas, and it happened more than once at this location.
