This McDonald’s is one of the nicest ones around! The staff were super friendly and helpful The kids’ play place is big, bright, and very clean — perfect for families with little ones.
Even though there was a small soda spill near the pickup counter, the whole dining area stayed tidy, and every customer I saw cleaned up their own table before leaving
It really shows how well-managed this place is.
Bonus: Played the McDonald’s Monopoly game and actually won a free drink! Such a fun little surprise

Went through the drive-thru and ordered three McGriddles meals. Instead, I was given three sausage McMuffins, and to make it worse, the food was cold. Very disappointing experience. Double-check your order if you come here — or better yet, stay away from this location.

I go to this particular mcds ALOT…they are always smiling, friendly and kind it’s not easy dealing with the moods of humans – we can be so cantankerous with one another depending on our mood but I have only always been treated like a star. I love all of you and am always grateful you choose to show up and serve us❣️ I’m not always in a great mood and sometimes I show up with my personal grump – I’m sorry.

I waited at the reserve spot for over 15 mins after the mcd worker told me it’ll take 2 mins for the chicken nuggets to be ready. After seeing several cars getting food that came after me, I called their phone number and no one answers. I was waiting with 2 kids crying kids in the car and when I went in to the actual restaurant. The worker said she’ll work on it. I went back into the car and saw 2 more cars in the drive thru that got their food. I went back in and told them to cancel my order and demanded a full refund. The staff didn’t give me a hard time but instead of giving me a refund on my card, he charged my card again. Good thing I check my account right there, and I told him to give me refund in cash because I can’t have him mistakenly charge me a 3rd time. Absolutely the worse service!

Came here while waiting to get my car service around the area. Surprised that this location is super clean, ac is cool and refreshing, not a lot people dine in and very quiet for me to enjoy some reading time. Staff are very friendly and service is very fast.

At this McDonald’s location, there is a female employee with black and brown hair whose behavior was unfortunately inappropriate. I respectfully request that the necessary actions be taken to provide customer service training and improve her professional conduct.

On February 18, 2026, I was sitting at a table when a homeless man ran up to a woman, snatched the necklace off her neck, and then ran outside. I am a regular customer at this McDonald’s and have noticed an increase in homeless individuals using the bathroom and hanging out inside for hours at a time. One homeless woman has roaches in her belongings, and some have been crawling on the floor. This is a significant safety and health hazard for customers.

We waited 20 minutes for only 3 items in parked cars area, our food was warm, soggy, almost cold, we didn’t get one our items. We came back in to get help, waited for another 20 minutes, every single one of the workers walked passed by us, looked at us, helped other customers but not me or my s/o. It got to a point where I had to call for a worker to help us out. Our food was on their counter and no one gave it to us.
