Worst customer service Worst management and terrible customer service. Staff were unprofessional, slow, and clearly poorly managed. My issue was ignored and no one took responsibility. Very disappointing experience—definitely not coming.

The food was hot and fresh, with crispy fries and a juicy burger. The ambiance was clean and well-maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere. I appreciated the prompt service and the comfortable seating. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in a long time!

Today my experience here was great no issues my food was delicious I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and it wasn’t too bad the chicken patty was very juicy and flavourful and the sauce was a nice touch.

Just ordered and picked up some food and as I went to pay a man with big gold earrings was showing my card to a man with glasses as he took what looked like pictures on his camera before passing my card back to me. I wondered why he faced the guy with my card exposed like that and it felt very suspicious to me. I don’t understand why active personal cameras or phones would be allowed near the payment area like that or why I had to wait to get my card back until he saw my card. I’m reporting/recording this in case I have to be concerned about fraud. I came for food, not to be scammed. This was around 8:00 pm 07/09/2025
