I’ve never had a good experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a McFlurry, and what I received was mostly just M&M’s with barely any ice cream. When I politely pointed out that it didn’t look like a full serving, the employee just looked at me, shoved the rest of my order in my face, and walked away from the window.
The service here is consistently poor, and the food is often stale or made incorrectly. The staff seem uninterested in doing their jobs properly. If you want better service and fresh food, I recommend going to the McDonald’s just down the street you will have a much better experience.
When I got up to the window to retrieve my order they said “oh we canceled your order”. They offered no remedy, just simply said they gave the breakfast burritos to the car in front of us and are done making breakfast. There was no notification on the app they canceled it, and we ordered BEFORE breakfast ends. Then I asked to speak to the manager and let them know they need to do something, I already waited almost 30 minutes in line and we weren’t notified. The manager reluctantly asked what we had, didn’t even bother looking it up or reprinting the receipt to make it accurately, and asked me to pull over and wait. I waited another 20 minutes or so and they only included about half my order. All of that to not even come back with breakfast for every family member. Oh but they included an apple pie that zero person wanted like that makes up for it. Terrible customer service.
Instead of helping politely, the manager came out yelling, insisting she “placed it at the bottom.” The way the bags were packed was unacceptable, some items were buried under the fries, some were tossed on top, and we were basically told to dig through three large bags just to look for a few smaller items. It was chaotic and rude.
I’ve never had an experience like this at this location. The manager needs to learn how to pack food properly and treat customers with respect. Dumping everything together and speaking to customers that way is not acceptable. I hope they improve their service and attitude.
Also, Some of the employees are from another planet it seems, but most are friendly and appear to be of earth.
Went to order and my food took forever as there was no organization with the crew!
The restroom was a mess the trash was full and the bathroom was out of toilet paper completely!
Went to tell the manager on duty who replied to me was we do not take care of the bathrooms during lunch time from 11:00am to 3:00pm as we are much too busy! Note there was trash all over the floors but the young man (a customer) picked up a lot of the trash and wet toilet paper from the floor himself, before I took pictures!
The drive-thru experience has become frustrating, with employees rushing customers through their orders, often resulting in mistakes and poor service. The evening crew, in particular, tends to be slow and unresponsive, leading to excessively long wait times—even with the additional speaker and two lanes intended to improve efficiency.
Additionally, the night crew routinely shuts down the ice cream machine mid-shift for a four-hour cleaning cycle, preventing customers from ordering frozen treats well before closing time. Rather than transparently addressing this issue, employees falsely claim that the machine is broken, a practice that undoubtedly affects customer satisfaction and franchise revenue.
The quality of the food has also declined, with portions growing smaller while prices continue to rise. It has become increasingly expensive to dine here, making the experience feel less worthwhile.
Overall, the disappointing service, inconsistent food quality, and high prices make this location difficult to recommend. Customers seeking a better dining experience may find more value elsewhere.
