I ordered a coffee to-go and waited in my car for about 10 minutes. When I didn’t receive my order, I went inside — the dining area was nearly empty, with just one person and a couple sitting there.
Despite that, several employees walked by me at the counter without acknowledging me or asking if I needed help.
In total, I waited nearly 20 minutes just for a coffee, which is far too long for McDonald’s, especially when the store isn’t busy.
Very disappointing experience.

The Original McDonald’s of West sacramento that never changed its exterior color to the Dull depression look of the “modern” ones and we appreciate that, the food here is Hot and I prefer to use this location over the other 2 that are letting food sit under heat lamps. The pine trees along the drive through were sticks when I was a kid and now they are big trees. We like our local McDonald’s.

I have had mixed experiences here. Overall, the drive thru takes WAY too long to go through and I ordered a Big Mac the other day and when I went to eat it, I realized it was smaller than the palm of my hand and it fell apart as soon as I bit into it. I am so disappointed.

Ever since McDonald’s switched to those self-serve kiosks, the customer service has noticeably dropped. I walked up to the counter to place my order, and the staff acted like they didn’t even want to help me. It’s like they expect everyone to just use the machine, and if you prefer to talk to a human, it’s almost an inconvenience to them.
What makes it worse is that here in California, they’re asking for $25 to $30 an hour — but don’t seem to want to work for it. Last week, my order was wrong. This time, it was correct, but the attitude I got at the counter was just as disappointing.
If you’re going to ask for top-dollar pay, the service should reflect that. Unfortunately, it doesn’t.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. You can wait 30 minutes for your order, and there’s no line. The staff is terrible.

The worst service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life and I’m 46 years old. Slow unfriendly staff I waited over 15 min for my order took 7 minites just to pay. And on top of that they got my two sandwich order wrong. Unbelievable

Worst experience I have ever had. I’m not one to usually complain but they took over 20 minutes to birth. Let me know to go wait in the front and then I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I don’t have time to wait that long for fast food. They couldn’t even have the decency to come out and tell me if I wanted a refund because they took over 30 minutes to hand me over nothing.

I get food from here often for breakfast, but I am often disappointed because a lot of the times they don’t have the caramel macchiato hot coffee that I like to get. The issue is that when you drive up there and order you can get that coffee. Not sure why I can’t order it through delivery. Other than that it’s not a bad place to get food from although nobody could explain to me why I could not get my coffee through the app.

I was traveling and still had 2 hours to go before I got to my destination and I got sick from this particular establishment. For the first time in my life, ever, I had terrible diarrhea and I rarely have diarrhea and beings that this was the only place I ate from, doesn’t take a genius to put 2 and 2 together. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato and the 10 piece nuggets. I’m thinking it may have been the coffee because the taste was a bit sweeter than I’ve had it but I didn’t think much about it… Anyway I’m trying to drive while having these unbearable stomach cramps and I’m telling you, it’s extremely difficult while your stomach is rolling with pain. I won’t go into all the details but the outcome was explosive and never ending. What a memory to associate my to California with
