Stopped by on the way to Tahoe and picked up my order in store. Staff was helpful!
But this was the emptiest mcdonald’s I’ve ever seen – like next to the soda machine there aren’t any straws lids nor napkins. And they have to push a button to unlock the bathrooms for you to use it strange vibe

McDonald’s in america has always been horrible. Makes you sick after or while you’re eating. Let’s be real. We could do better but yknow, they would never consider fresh ingredients. Clean spaces. Etc. It’s unfortunate but true. And well now prices are going up which makes sense but … I dunno man. It’s not even worth it. Better off at diner or really good fast food like Habit Grill or something.

I had a wonderful experience here today thanks to an employee named Lupe. I was babysitting a 4-year-old who struggled to use the bathroom sink, and Lupe stepped in immediately to help her out. Because I was a bit flustered from the situation, I forgot to ask for no mustard on my burgers—an issue since I have a mustard allergy. Even though I offered to pay for a new order, Lupe insisted on taking care of it for me. Her kindness and attentiveness made a stressful moment much easier. We need more people like her in the service industry!

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s super unclean and gross, showing that staff barely clean up around here. One of your workers was super rude to my mother when she asked for a bag to take her fries home. The worker picked a bag up from off the floor and tried to give it to her. She said no and asked for a fresh bag instead, but he kept arguing with her to just take the contaminated bag until he rudely handed her a new one. Treating your customers like this is not okay; trying to give an elderly woman, or anybody, an unsanitary bag to put their food in is not okay. This is what the world has come to? Acting like the paper bags come out of your salary, so you think it’s okay to give a customer a dirty bag. This is not the first time this location has disappointed me; a while ago, one of your employees were rude to my father, trying to make him pay for sauce that he got for free on his app. It’s insane that there’s so many people who like to take advantage of seniors, some of our most vulnerable people. Senior citizens deserve just as good service as anybody else, and I’m disappointed that there are staff at this location who think it’s okay to give them the bottom of the barrel just because they’re old. I will not be coming back here ever.

Abraham sucks at explainining their staffs mistakes to the customer. I was so confused when he told me I didnt pay for my food at the pickup window, but the lady rung me up and offered me a receipt so I told them I did pay. Abraham tried to blame me for their mix up at the cashier window, instead of just apologizing for mixing things up at the payment window. They mentioned no food items or customer names upon being rung up. The lady simply asked if I had the mobile order and if I needed a receipt. I assume multiple of us customers could have had mobile drive thru orders. Extremely unprofessional at handling mix ups on their end. I am not a problematic customer. I come here frequently, and when the man with a thicker spanish accent takes my order, I never have any issues. He is very friendly and efficient. When Abraham worked, someone messed up and he was rude to the customer about it. If they have footage of customer interactions, I hope they review footage to see if that is acceptable customer service on his end. And I’ve already submitted a complaint via the McDonald’s site, in case that gets suggested in a response.

He made me feel unwelcome by accusing me of being a problem in the past, which I am absolutely confused by. Not sure if he has me confused with someone else but I’ve never had a problem at this restaurant until today.

Not sure what was up with the lady in front of me in the drive in. But, she left fast before paying or getting food. The cool dude in the window said she was mad the food was expensive.
I didn’t think so. Food was on par for McDonald’s.

Still a trash location! I left a review here 8 YEARS ago and it still stands true after a full building tear down and remodel. soda machine down, bathrooms locked, no one to take my order since they’re busy with drive through, was told to use the kiosk, kiosk didn’t print my receipt, tables dirty, staff useless, y’all spent all this money on a new building and still have trash working here, I waited 8 years to even try this location again and now I’ll go ahead and strike it off the list again…

Since I am always in need to do quick stops, doing mobile orders on the app then just picking up at the store is always amazing. I used to do curbside but sometimes my app crash and I’ll have to get out to go inside (I usually don’t mind it) so now I do drive thru and its so much faster! I always choose this option for quick and easy service.

I show up a few minutes before 1030 to pick up mu mobile order….a single hashbrown. They make me sit a few minutes at the last window, enough time they could have just made a new one, then come to the window and say that it’s now 1031, so my ‘breakfast order has been canceled’.
