Literally was laughed at n basically made fun of because I asked if they had hash browns available and it was 8:30 pm , (I will say the reason i asked is because the few McDonalds in San Jose where I frequent has certain breakfast items available all day ) but it was just very rude n unprofessional.. he didn’t realize when he was talking about me n laughing at how dumb I was for asking about the hashbrowns that he was actually talking into the drive thru speaker n I heard everything .. so who is the dumb one really ? I’ll let yall decide

I walked in, stood at the counter to order my meal and the employee’s were looking at the shake machine. I waited for someone to help me, and the drive thru window employee, just looked at me and said nothing. The other 2 employee’s said nothing, an employee came from the back looked at me and went to the back. After about 5 minutes or more exaggerating maybe it was longer. Finally one said oh can I help you. I ordered my meal and asked for a water cup he said yes and walked away. I picked up a small cup for water and at the soda area there was no water. My order number was called and I took my food to a table. I hear the employee say to a customer in a loud voice, the shake machine is down you can have a refund. Where I sat to eat the wall paper was ripped and the chair was dirty as well as the floors. The restrooms were dirty with trash and litter area also scuffed up paint.I guess you figured it out I will probably not stop to eat hear again, maybe stop and see if they remodeled or at least cleaned up and painted.

So, normally I don’t give low stars to companies but I’ve worked at McDonald’s 6 years and this place most unorganized and no team ethics. No one was at register for 14 mins as it was timed,no one acknowledge me till 7 mins in saying we will be with you sorry for the wait as all the others would look at me and continue working without saying anything. the person at register did fine he actually did very well. I think during rush hour they need a plan to get the customers out in a timely manner and try to be communicating during the process.

I stopped here for breakfast, before work. When I got to work to eat my biscuit sandwich. The biscuit top and bottom layers were extremely hard and spongy as if the biscuits were frozen then thawed out in the microwave. The biscuit is gummy and hard. What a waste of money, time and now I’m hungry till my lunch time. I’ve tried contacting this store to complain and receive a refund. Only to get a fax dail tone after three unsuccessful attempts. Never again!!!!

Honestly, best one I’ve been to. All I wanted was the breakfast burritos, it was a bit past breakfast time and the person in the drive thru checked and still let us get the burritos. They were super nice and friendly. 100/10 loved it. Would absolutely go back.

Macdonald have one of the best and delicious spicy chicken sandwiches,also the test of the real Coca Cola you can’t find it only at Macdonald, I prefer visiting one of their branches once every three weeks
