Usually I don’t have problems here, but the delivery driver made off with my food, and uber eats is sticking me with the bill. DO NOT GET DELIVERY.
I placed my order at 7:27pm. Expected delivery of items to my door, as every other delivery service ever. Driver parked out front supposedly, and called my phone. I did not have my phone on me to answer the call, and so according to uber eats, the driver drove away with my food. So uber eats is refusing to refund my money because I didn’t answer my phone, and walk out to the street to take my food from them.
I was in my living room, where my front door is that I was expecting it to be delivered to. If the driver was already at my house, and had left it at my door even if I hadn’t answered, I would consider the transaction complete. I will tell you right now that it has been such a pain in my rear, that I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever order delivery from mcdonalds ever again. Nor from any other Uber eats service. Trying to get a refund on the app, nope, not there, struggled to find the spot where it says I need to called uber eats or door dash, but then I need to look up my receipt on my email, and then call that service. THEN!!! after all that, they refused! For real though!! I was home, near my front door, waiting for a knock that never came. Then I look it up on the app, and it says
DELIVERED!! most certainly was not in any way shape or form. When I order something to be shipped to my house, or a pizza delivered, or literally any other service I pay for, it comes to my front door.
This is all a major problem. It is not seamless, the cracks in it are astronomical. Its not working, JUST DONT OFFER DELIVERY.
After that, I put in app order for pickup, got it myself through the drive through where the employees just shrugged and didn’t know how to help. Delivery total 37.82 including TIP, SERVICE FEE and DELIVERY FEE. MCD Order number: 0fc0f.
I expect a full refund for the delivery order, or at the very very least, a store credit for the entire cost of the meal. This review is going to be posted on every mcdonalds location I can find

Monday night went for food after work. Google said that their drive through was open 24 hours on Mondays. Pulled in the lights and everything for the drive through were all on. Multiple cars in line wanting to order. But no one responded to us. I finally called and someone answered almost immediately. She said the drive through was closed. Seems like the hours need to be adjusted online or at the very least put a sign in front of the drive through saying it’s closed. Or turn off the drive through lights. Kind of ridiculous to have multiple cars trying to order and no one make an effort to at least tell us what’s going on at a time we should be able to order according to their hours…

I work in delivery and regularly pick up orders from this McDonald’s location. And every time, the same little theater of the absurd plays out: the order is marked as “ready,” even though the fries haven’t touched the fryer and the burger hasn’t seen the grill.
Why the staff do this remains a mystery worthy of investigation. But the outcome is always the same: everyone loses time—couriers, customers—and the reputation of this location suffers. Worse, it damages the prestige of the McDonald’s brand itself.
I sincerely hope higher management takes notice of this “performance” and restores order. Sometimes it only takes replacing the actors with responsible employees who understand that customer trust and the company’s name are worth far more than the illusion of a completed order.

When trying to order food at the kiosk it was terribly frustrating. The sign clearly states that it is “Easy and Fun” which is a big fat lie. It was neither easy nor fun. AND the idiot in front of me had just picked his noes and still had boogers in his fingers when he was using the kiosk!!! GROSS!!!!

Stopped by to pick up a Happy Meal Miniverse toy – just the toy, like we had literally done at another McDonald’s near Vallejo a day or two ago. But apparently, this location follows a different set of rules, despite what McDonald’s own website says. Super helpful.

Closing shift on Monday June 30th decided to refuse service and close up 1 whole hour early. Didn’t say a word over the speaker just pretended to not notice me when I pulled up, I can understand closing up 10-15 mins early, but a whole hour+ before they close is ridiculous

After sitting there for 15 mins and waiting for my food to be ready to go “ it was a 30 piece nuggets” the girl working up front and apologized for my ordered for taking so long and I honestly didn’t mind because she was nice about it so I give them that but as I came home and brought out the nuggets they were all cold and hard as a rock! They were horrible I tried calling multiple times and nobody answers the phone there. I will never go there again.
