The restaurant has no functioning adult who can handle managerial problems without saying “I guess” to a customer, especially when dealing with refunds. You can’t do business with an I guess. you shouldn’t give them your business

Ordered online inside the restaurant and waited 11 minutes for food to be ready. I hate how fast food restaurants give preference to drive thru customers. If I had done drive thru my order would be ready as I reached the window…ugh I hate hate hate that!

We waited 25 minutes for our mobile order to be complete after placing it in store for a pickup ridiculous! Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you want to wait 20 minutes for your food.

I must say the employee attitude and approach from the average person has improve significantly since e 2018. This is a plus. They need more employees. Forget what you hear.
Just a small raise for someone who has done a decent job will keep plenty of employees. and ofcouse hire high school students.
With the mobile app you can go inside and order from your table that has a number on it. Select table service and enter the number.
The manager will most likely see your order as the driveup and car hop stations are operated by working people. She will yell your order number. You won’t know this number so continue thumbing through tiktok. She will then call out your name still not walking your order over to the table numbered with the information you entered. Just reply back with the same volume “I am over here.”
She will send someone other than herself to find you. Wave them down as they don’t understand the numbering system similar to their confusion at curbside with the giant number infront of your car.
Promptly take your fries up to the counter since all this yelling has caused them to become cold. Don’t wait at the counter. Go back to your seet and start preparing your meal. Squeeze out the ketchup packets in preparation for your fries and such. They will bring out your fries.
The employees are good they just need training and they aren’t going to get it from management or the owner of this franchise.
With a little attention your meal can be enjoyable, but scout out the one or two clean tables.

My MCChicken is dry as hell and they serve two of them to me. I am very unsatisfied with this and not happy to come home to a burn/dry mcchicken! It was on Tuesday night around 10:15pm.

We ordered a few items. Nothing off the wall other than no salt on 1 of the fries. When we recieved our order all 4 fries were together and I couldn’t tell which one was no salt. I had to give them my bag back and asked them to figure out which one was which and seperate it into a different bag. When my husband bit into his quarter pounder with cheese it was RAW in the middle. Super pink!! That’s a no go for me. No excuse to be getting a pink burger from McDonalds.
