Came here to pickup an order
Went inside nobody replies
Waiting in the drive through nobody is coming from the last 20 minutes
One lady is working with a spectacles, she saw me but ignore i make a round to the drive through again but nobody is speaking in the kiosk as well
Very bad service maybe need to change the staff they are not in the work mood
Never gonna come again as a customer too
And not gonna recommend anybody to buy from here

Did three orders between me and two friends, and ended up waiting like 25 minutes for one order, and there was barely any staff avaliable to help. I thought this was supposed to be fast food, not just waiting for lukewarm fries. They fully prioritized drive through orders over the three people inside, and we had to ask for our drinks as well.

We love the tea but now they make it taste like water with sugar. Basically very sudden get a good one that taste like tea. Don’t go there if u want tea and last time we went we ask for a refund they told us better not come back.so we won’t not paying for water with sugar

I was there today at 8 am. I ordered 2 breakfast meals and a hash brown. There was no meat patties in the big breakfast meals. Also no receipt. I tried calling that location but no one answered the phone.

Was easy access by vehicle. I had the quarter pounder w/bacon for the 1st time. Actually delicious. I tell you truly, less than 2 minutes from time I ordered my meal was ready. I was suspicious but fries were hot and fresh, burger good, and the drink didn’t have that strange chlorine taste I worry I’ll get and find too often in fast food now days. If you’re traveling it’s not far off I80–gas station right there easy to get to, and car wash also. Lots of homeless all around but place was clean and no one bothered me.

I handed the girl at the window $5 for a medium fry I added on the the next window two employees said I didnt order fries. When I went into the store they said the employee that took the $5.00 went home for the day. Very rude employees and they were gaslighting me the whole time. Someone is stealing money at the register .

I use the drive up. The service at this location is always prompt and cheerful. The food is as expected and I havent had any errors on my order yet. Highly recommend for some quick high calorie food.

Location is not convenient in regards to traffic controls, which greatly limits access depending on the direction of approach. The dining area is substandard with limited seating and frequent homeless presence. Drive thru has two lanes, and processes orders quickly. It’s a mcdonalds what do you expect?
