Came by Sunday July 2nd at 9:15pm. I ordered crispy deluxe, 3 mcchickens with cheese, 4 double cheeseburgers. Got home…mcchickens had no cheese, and crispy deluxe tasted not good this time..when I spend 40$ every day here I expect it to be made correctly. If this keeps be repeating, i will avoid this location.

Food is always good but there is always issues. Being out of ice for my second time being there. Entrance has unfixed plumbing leak for a while. The plus for this location is, handicapped ramps and rails in restrooms and parking. Drive thru is fast and efficient.

man. they ice cream machine been broke for a month and ntm, i ordered a large fry from there but they said they were making a new batch and to pull into a parking spot. Me and multiple others that were bamboozled by this detrimental tomfoolery were all waiting there in the same parking lot for about 20 minutes. Many others just drove off enraged without getting their fries. So i go in as an alpha and assert my dominance whilst telling them that i’ve been waiting for my fries for a good 20 minutes. The worker gave me my fries and a singular old cookie to make up for the time taking inconvenience. Quite an unpleasant experience.

I would give no stars if I could!! Went through the drive through with my toddler….got home and the salad I ordered has pulled apart sliced cheese, not the grated cheese it’s supposed to have, ordered crispy chicken and it looks like it’s supposed to be grilled but it’s not even cooked all the way through. Called and after having to call 3 times to get through they tell me to call back in 10 minutes so they can call their supervisor about my problem…..told her it had already taken 3 attempts for somebody to answer the first time and asked her to take my number to call me back and she told me to call back then hung up on me when I asked her her name!!! Not only am I super disappointed but now I’m still starving!!!!!!!!!!!!
