This McDonalds is a disaster in the dining area. The chairs are worn out, the soda dispenser is torn apart and doesn’t work, the front counter is set up for the drive thru and the employees can barely see if customers have entered the restaurant and there is still no one at the counter so you have to wait a while or yell to the kitchen. I went here a couple weeks and the dining room was closed the doors were locked at 7pm. There was no signage or note explaining why but I could see employees working in the kitchen area. I knocked like 5 times and went to the other door and it was locked also with no note stating why.

I had a party of six and we wanted to sit down and relax after Christmas shopping and enjoy a meal but instead we had to go through the drive thru. We had to eat in the vehicle and figure out who’s food was who’s all crowded and eat our meal.

I found that unacceptable for a McDonalds dining room to be closed at 7pm when the website was stated 10pm. I talk to the shift manager at the drive thru and asked if he could unlock the door so we could eat inside and he said no that they are under staffed and the register was closed and that he was instructed by his boss to close early that day due to staffing.

I feel that McDonald’s has a standard to uphold and that consumers expect the same experience at every location. In 57 years I have never seen anything like this at McDonald’s.

I feel this was totally unacceptable unprofessional and below McDonald’s standard of doing business. Especially in this upscale area of Carmicheal. The river access is right down the street and this is very nice part of town for their neighborhood McDonald’s to be in this condition is really hard for me to believe.

Yes I could have went to a different location but we were tired and really hungry and the closest McDonald’s was several miles away in opposite direction we were going.

I hoping this location makes some changes in the dining room and to how they conduct business soon. This was not the dining experience I would expect at McDonald’s no matter where they are located but especially in this part of town.

Cold food. No napkins in the bag. The guy at the window looked at us like he knew something wasn’t right but went along with it anyways. They don’t pick up their phone. Totally lame experience.

If I could give negative on the quality of the food and the employee who was working the window I would. The absolute worst experience ever. Employee was more interested in talking to whoever was inside the store instead of us. We went through drive thru and multiple issues. Fries were terrible, tasted as if pulled from the trash, thrown into microwave for a second and thrown into bag.
Employee was even worse. Talked the entire time to someone in the store, almost dropped our drinks and when handing us our food it was basically tossed to us.
Very, very rude. Definitely will not be going here anymore and have already told friends and neighbors our experience. We literally live less than 5 minutes from this location.

Service was friendly and relatively prompt.
However the order was highly disappointing.
Ordered 2 burgers with NO onions. First one had the distinct taste of onion, second one had a few diced onions on the burger. This can only mean that the crew just removed onions from burgers ordered without onions and served them.
This is ridiculous and the entire establishment is fortunate that I’m not allergic to onions as I’d be filing a lawsuit.
Will not going back to this location.

I have not been inside this one in ages. It has become a real dump inside. The soda fountain is not working and has wires sticking out of it. The interior looks like what I imagine a prison dining hall might look like. The whole thing is just a “Skinner box”.

I Ordered on line . My order was so messed up when I received it. I ordered 2 cookies I got three cookies. I Ordered my granddaughter a happy meal got charged for but didn’t receive the Happy Meal, so my two year old didn’t get food and the meal was to have milk, they give me chocolate milk. I wouldn’t give a two year old chocolate milk. McDonald’s I think your employee’s need alot more training. And it’s like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone to talk to. McDonald’s your not about the customers service your about the profit.

I came today and ordered a large hot Caramel Mocha. when I received my hot beverage it wasn’t even full and missing whipped cream. Even if it had whipped cream it still wouldn’t be full. Im more annoyed at the fact we waited a good while for just two items and it’s not even done well we couldn’t even returned since there was heavy traffic there.. The workers looks lost as well. I am Very dissatisfied, who’s training these people? They need to be retrained

it took them 30 minutes to give me a vanilla ice cream cone. I don’t like giving bad reviews these inconsiderate Embarrassments Walking around like a zombies don’t care what is going on Around them.

If you see this restaurant do yourself a favor and drive past it and move along to the next one.
