Come here and This is the second time McDonald’s says the order is ready for me to deliver and yet these guys don’t have it ready… kinda not cool cause it marks down on the dasher/uber driver… saying we picked it up late…. So not cool… then cause I said something out loud I had to wait longer

It If I could leave a minus one I would….Im not saying the customers always right. Im just saying it I pay $10 for a frappe with 2 extra shots and it just takes like Carmel water im going to come back. Then they argue with you. Why not just put in the two shots you forgot….you forgot all my other extras. Ugh. Don’t come here unless you want to argue with mistakes they make

I spent $5 on a plant-based Burger that had three or four little pieces of shredded lettuce all bunched up on one quarter of the burger the mayonnaise and ketchup were on a different quarter of the burger the tomatoes were soggy so where the pickles and both were tiny. it’s like the burger had been sitting under the racks or that they had taken the ingredients off of a different Burger and just replace the Patty with the plant Patty. I will say that the sandwich was actually good but it looked like they Frankenstein to the Burger from burgers that have been sitting out for too long.

I honestly cannot believe the audacity of the employee who looked at me after I just tried to get her attention to let her know that DoorDash left literally over half of my order in the store and said “oh well” they’re closing early it is 11:02 on Fri the 6th they’re supposed to be closed at 11:30 I honestly cannot believe it and I am going to be so happy to go into the store tomorrow to let her store manager know how incredibly unprofessional her closing manager was! Not only do I have the receipt I have the actual small bag that the order came in and I honestly hope that the manager looks at the cameras to be able to verify everything that I said THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I just ordered a Large Mc Double with cheese with a drink and when I got home to enjoy I open the bag and there’s no fries! Just the burger…..seems if these people are getting 20.00 per hour you would think they would make sure the order’s going out are complete.
