There are a few McDonald’s in Tracy, which I think is hilarious for how small of an area it is and the number of McDonald’s there are, but this is the good one. The fries are always fresh and warm and crisp, the service is always quick and yet correct. I look closer to one of the other McDonald’s and I actually make it a point to go to this McDonald’s when I want a McDonald’s meal.

Got to the drive thru at 10:25 this morning with a code for breakfast the person on the drive-thru forced us to wait until after 10:30 to take our order only to tell us that breakfast was over and we would have to order out the lunch menu horrible service stupid employees that don’t want to do their job didn’t make enough breakfast food and had to cut it off early or were too lazy to put breakfast food on the grill and fulfill our order that we it started at 10:25 but then we’re made to wait until after 10:30 before they finish taking our order at which one day till this they couldn’t do anything about it I will never go there again

I was cussed out and called a liar by the lady at the counter after having to stop and go into the restaurant to get sauces for my meal that they didn’t include in my drive through order. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Place needs to train their employees on customer service better. Employees that cause scenes like that shouldn’t be front line employees.
