In recent months the food of this establishment has been nothing but terrible. The food is always cold the chicken nuggets don’t look and aren’t appealing at all they are always cold, crusty, and hard. The food is always cold and they always miss an item of your order and when they make you park they take every long time to bring out your order. They never leave any product right even after you pay extra for it. I also noticed this establishment charges extra for items like extra liquid sugar when other establishment don’t. When you do a drive through order they still make you park and wait for while. Overall customer service and food are not great at all. They should learn from the McDonalds on Oakdale where their food is actually warm and appealing.

I would’ve entered a 4/5 stars but I would say 5/5. Customers are very entitled but I’m not. I came in with my 3 kids to play in the playplace and a wonderful young man named Bonte asked if I needed anything else!!! He’s on top of his work!! Managers are very happy and give great energy!!!

(12 a.m., drive-thru) I’d say the customer service was terrible and the food wasn’t good, but what’s this? I ordered chicken nuggets, not mayonnaise nuggets . The worst part is I don’t know what it is; it looks like mayonnaise, but at the same time, it looks like lard. (My order was a combo with 4 pieces of chicken nuggets and a hamburger, and another person ordered 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and they gave me that.)

I had two orders within a week that got messed up. The first order I was able to go back in the next day and get it fixed. Then the second order I just left a customer complaint and took the loss not thinking they would reach back out. The manager Leslie (not sure if spelled that right) took care of me and my son very well and made sure to confirm with me the order looked good.

Drive thru, ordered a double quarter pounder meal, asked to ensure it was a double. Asked to wait as usual and discovered it was a single, charged for a single (again). Manager requested an additional $3.00 due to incorrect order AGAIN. Told manager this happens very often, manager insisted on payment.

Location is getting 2 stars because of their hours for the playground on the weekend. This is when most parents have time to bring their kids to McDonalds and spend time with them. The location states that they close at 1 am on Google maps but they have a small sign in the playground that they close at 9:00 pm. Parents that are not aware with this hours will waste their time coming here after ordering food and being told that their kids need to leave the playground after being there just a few minutes. They should put bigger sign on the entrance door of open and close times.

My first time here. The atmosphere is great. The place is very clean. Its great to watch all these little kids enjoy and having fun at the playground. It brings alot of memories to my teenager. The manager, he was very polite.
