service is terrible! i got there first and told me to wait i have no problem but when u let the 2 car go before me that came 5 mins after me , yeah no what a waste of time, and the little brown girl on the register with piercings on her face and messy hair HORRIBLE attitude every time i go , as if she doesn’t want to work there, location need better management on time and training their workers

Went through the drive through, headed out got down the street opend my burger and there was a hair melted into the cheese.. came in asked for a refund witch was gave with no problem but the lady who did do was wearing a hear net in witch was only on the top part of her hair with… not slick down just mess and every wear it’s absolutely disgusting.

After them having a problem with drive through waiting 13 minutes they give me a crispy chicken just the chicken with a bun that’s!! Like a dog food! Sunny mgr says comeback for refund. Mcdonalds it’s Mcdonalds, but Paradise road mcdonalds it’s gotta be one of the worst, always take forever, cups arent clean, the few times we ve gotten cold coffe You can see dirt or dust at the bottom of the cup, not coffe grounds or poder but dust, they always make people wait on the side or by the drive thru, if You re lucky theres a full kitchen working if not then You get the 1 hours wait because theres only 2 employeed working, the online ordering just Made the wait time worst for walk ins, there should ve a staff for the dine in and drive thru and a separate staff for the online orders. last time we went there there was flies inside the eating area

Asked for sauce at time of order and I went back inside I was told hot sauce was in bag don’t trust the store check the bag. 3 napkins for 10 items is unacceptable I had not been to one of the locations in many years and looks like it will be many years until then again.

My experience 2 weeks ago at the drive-thru at McDonald’s was fantastic! Got right through the line cuz there was none right up to the pay window right up to the pickup window. It was gray all the way up until the time I opened that bag and looked at what was supposed to be a McDouble with no cheese and no pickles. There’s that the burger with ketchup all over the outside of the bun and cheese. At which point I thought to myself. How hard is it to read the screen make the burger? It wasn’t worth my time to go in there and ask them to remake it so I just wrapped it back up, put in the backseat and went and picked up my son. It’s not that hard to give somebody what they order, Read the screen. Make the food put it in the bag. Send it out. There was no line. There was no rush. I was the only person. There was another car behind me. There was no reason for the rush on the burger messing up the burger wrecking my snack. Hopefully next time you’ll do a better job. It was dried through. I went through the drive-thru. I was not a dying customer otherwise I’d had taken him back up there and asked him to please remake it. I was drive-thru
