Went to McDonald’s at 4:30 got my food and got home there was a hair in my mc crispy sandwich Both fries were cold I called about the hair and all they told me is that I can come back and theyl re make it or give me a refund also ordered two meals that gave me one I paid $36 and they told me I owe them $5 and something cents more for the meal soI paid that and they still didn’t get my fries had to go back in and get those 20 bucks an hour place is very unsanitary to have people having hair in your food they should be wearing hair nets

You have good workers however you also have bad workers with customer service, which makes it ruin it for the rest of your establishment .
I just wanna point out when you make a drink and do it the right way and if a customer like myself doesn’t like the way it’s made and wants it redone. I should be able to get that accommodation without any hesitation without any excuses sadly that didn’t happen. I was told I wasn’t able to get a drink remade because that’s how it comes out the coffee machine
You guys lack horrible customer service skills, and you lack how to make coffee properly for a fast food chain for people who want to make $20 an hour. You guys sure are lazy when people want their food done the right way.
As you see, the ice caramel macchiato from McDonald’s is Pierre milk with a drop of coffee while Starbucks on the right hand side is an actual coffee an actual caramel iced macchiato same price crazy same drink but one lacks coffee .

I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The manager’s customer service was poor and unprofessional. They did not listen to my concerns and acted like they didn’t care. Instead of trying to fix the problem, their attitude made the situation worse. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Management should improve how they treat customers, because this was unacceptable.

Whatever you do if you order the big breakfast with hotcakes.. check if said hotcakes ate there.. this team every single time finds it hard adding them into the tray.. I mean its not rocket science! 4-5 separate occasions now.. ♂️

I went for just one drink. An unsweetened iced tea with extra ice. They handed me a drink with no ice, which wasn’t even the problem. What was horrible, was the huge floating chunks of mystery substance floating in my drink. I don’t know if a tea bag ripped or if the tea container has never been cleaned, or hell, an animal crawled in there and died. Absolutely disgusting.

So, I went to pick up an bacon double quarter pounder burger for my sister and she told me to make sure to check her burger burger for bacon incase they try to cheat her out of bacon again.
I get the burger from the drive-thru, check the burger, and no bacon. Had to go back inside, show the manager that there’s no bacon on a bacon burger, and wait for another burger with bacon to be made. Is cheating people out of bacon normal at McDonald’s? I would say, yes.
