Every time we go drive through they say please park in front we’ll bring your food to you and you have to wait. The soft serve most times is well served with a good amount yet I took my granddaughters through the drive through anwas given a 2 swirl soft serve and when I commented on how small I was rudely told that is the proper size…don’t go there anymore for soft serve burger King knows how to serve an icecream cone

To start with the drive through receptionist with his overly playful banter. It made ordering feel very uncomfortable he called my chicken nuggets “little nuggies” among other uncomfortable names for my food. I have an eating disorder this behavior made me not want to eat them. I’m not sure if that’s his personality or if he’s just messing with people but it’s very uncomfortable. Also the order was wrong so I didn’t even get my order but who cares because that drive through guy made my tummy churn and I couldn’t eat anyway…

Everytime I go to this store I have something wrong. My daughter and I went through the drive thru for lunch. Simple order, two large unsweetened ice tea’s with extra ice. Two small burgers, one without cheese, both with pickles, onions and sauce. These were a meal #7 with a upgraded drink and make the fries into a large. Our first red flag should have been when the cashier asked us if we had a Dr Pepper and we said no. We open up our sack the burgers were wrong, the tea’s had no ice and the large fries were half full. I went in and made them fix it all. Sat in my car opened up the burgers, wrong again, went back in made the make a new burger , sat in my car opened up the new burger, wrong again, took it back again, wrong again but my daughter told me she was going to eat it anyway. Friendly staff. Tables were all dirty when I sat down, but a member came and asked if it was okay to wipe my table down while I waited for my food, so A+ for effort and consideration. Overall, great McDonald’s.
