I used the Mobile App and drove over to pick up my order. Pulled in the lot and told the App my parking space number. They brought me my order but failed to give me my fries. I also checked the food and it was cold. So I went inside and let them know and asked them to remake it. The fries were hot, but the rest of it was still cold. I dont think they remade it. Seems like drive-thru is the best way to get hot food if your going to pick it up, however it seems most fast food places seem to get your order wrong. You must check your order before you drive away. And to think they get paid $20 bucks an hour!

The manager is rude loud very unprofessional. She couldn’t find the ticket for my mobile order so she refused to give me my food even after I showed her my confirmation email. After leaving me standing there for over 15min she said I haven’t checked this machine let me check it. There my ticket was hanging out of it. Embarrassed she went got my food sat it down in front of me and walked off. The biscuit was hard stale and cold like it was old. I won’t go back to this location until she’s replaced. Don’t waste your money here.

This place is horrible I went to their drive through 2 times and one my food was cold or my food was not cooked fresh and fries hard and over cooked when a manager stated something another said no there can’t do that they are true to there word and is not providing client satisfaction would not go here again

I work at Amazon as a delivery driver. On the job, I ordered a 5 dollar meal because I thought it was a quick 5 dollar meal you right? No I was waiting for 15 minutes when I went up to the counter to tell them I see my bag and I’ve been waiting for a while now when they told me they were gonna prep it. I waited another 10 minutes until I HAD to leave and my food was still not done. So I couldn’t cancel my order since it was “prepped” (even though I saw my bag just sitting there for 20 minutes) , almost got in trouble at my job for being late and I didn’t even get my food. Probably worst experience I’ve ever had. It wasn’t about the money it was about the fact that I had to wait almost half an hour for a damn 5 dollar meal and I couldn’t even get my refund back.

The drive through is so slow with just having one lane instead of 2 it takes up to 10min to get my order which is always just a soda I think they are understaffed the only reason I keep coming here is because my work is literally down the street! today I decided to just get off and get my drink from the convenient store next door

We went here on Friday and they tried to not give me the two happy meals I had paid for. When I informed her I was missing one after waiting five minutes for her to open the window again, she asked if I was sure I had purchased two and to show my receipt. I showed her the receipt and then she asked which one I had gotten so she knows which one to get. I asked for barbecue sauce for my twenty piece nuggets and kids meal. She said she put it in the bag. She only gave me one for my whole order. No ketchup and the kids didn’t receive their ordered and paid for juice boxes. When I tried to call to see if I could come back and get them, their number goes to corporate and nobody would call me back. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise and should be shut down for its rude and incompetent staff who make mistakes and don’t want to fix them.

Everytime I come to this location I’m met with passive aggression and nasty attitudes, who is their store manager or gm? Because that’s totally unacceptable and just because their employees are having a bad day they don’t need to take it out on their customers, not only that but they take forever for any little thing. If I can describe this McDonald’s location in one word it would be pathetic.
