I asked my wife to grab me a Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy meal. And the picture shows what I got. Fries, a drink, and a McCrispy sandwich with no bacon, no crispies, just a piece of chicken, lettuce and sauce. Then, I tried to call to let them know, and I got nothing but a busy signal. I had to wait for everybody to eat their food for my wife to return and replace my sandwich. It leaves you hangry. When the wife came back, they only replaced the Chicken Sandwich and the second attempt had bacon, and specks of jalapeno crispies, specks (see picture). Second picture is the second attempt, terrible. Does my McCrispy look anything like the McDonald’s picture?
As an update to this review, I have been contacted by corporate McDonald’s. I sent them their form as they requested. I did receive a form email of apology with no compensation for my time. I was also contacted by this McDonald’s locations manager. Unfortunately, I was busy and they left a voicemail to return the call. I have tried and have received nothing but a busy signal. The same as when I tried to call with my complaint of the food originally. I will keep this updated.

I ordered food on the app to pickup drive thru. we went there I told them my order she told me my total and wants me to come to first window. I was waiting there for 10-12 minutes I can see her walking inside. She put her hands in her jacket pocket and walking. She checked me for 4-5 times and didn’t pay attention. When I went to second window I Told the girl about her behavior, She shut the window on my face. This is my first time going there. Very bad attitude and behavior. Never going back.

Ordered curbside pick up. Showed up a few minutes after and was watching the food tracker on my app. Eventually after a few more minutes, the tracker stopped and it gave me my receipt. I was confused since I haven’t received my order at my car.. so I waited few more minutes. Then after 20 minutes, I went inside and my drinks were in the carrier on the counter by the door, but my food was not there. I asked an employee for help and she gave me my food that was sitting in the warming station in the kitchen! I assume they forgot about my curbside order; and left it there. This was frustrating. They’re so unorganized here.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal through the drive thru, they charged me twice. When I pointed it out, they argued saying they only charged once. Showed her the double charge and she said they would refund the 2nd amount. Now a month later we are still fighting to get the charge reversed. Manager Ene has NO customer service skills, and even though we have the documentation and charge history, is now trying to tell us we were never there.

I used to live at the motel 6 for like 5 years and I always went here. I rarely had a mistake on my order and they wouldn’t give me a problem if I told em it was wrong. Like maybe 3 or 4 times the burgers were too dry. But it was super busy and I know when it gets hectic during dinner rush. This location always busy too and I still get mostly hot food. And wait times weren’t that bad. Came here the other day since I was in the area again and it was the same great quality and freshness.

I buy 3 to 4 times a week at this restaurant because it is close to my work but today they disappointed me. I placed my order to pick up at the drive-thru but since the line was long I went to the dine-in and they didn’t want to give me my order until I went through the drive-thru and they didn’t even give me a drink holder for my 3 drinks. Terrible service today.

Everytime they tell me to park in a number stall , no other customer is in the correct parking spot and today they didn’t give me a receipt and someone was in my number they told me to get in . So I got the wrong order then tried to say that’s what I ordered when I explained that I was supposed to be in parking #6 but somebody that is inconsiderate decided to just park there so I can’t get that spot , they said we’ll idk about that and walked off . I never got my food that I paid for and disputed it with my bank . The whole interaction is on my dashcam.

So tried this McDonalds again in Manteca. Clearly my receipt says no lettuce or onions! Looks like my Big Mac was manhandled. When I got to the window the young man says here is your order. I asked what is in the bag ..he didn’t even know! I had to let him what I ordered and asked no lettuce right he didn’t know. I got chicken nuggets for my husband and it was 20 piece I had to ask for one more sauce who gives you 1 sauce for 20 piece! I worked in fast food in my teenage years I appreciated my job and always made sure my orders were repeated and checked them….your Mgr needs to retrain all of you! This is the forth time I was hoping you all got better! Do better because you can go far in fast food!
