The cherry on top was a young girl went and delivered food to a car touching several doors came back in and started making my drinks sticking all her fingers inside my cup.I spoke to the manager & told her I do not want that drink she made,the young girl got upset that I was not happy to except her dirty finger drink.
She seriously was disrespectful & ignoring me when I asked for more napkins had an attitude.
If everybody stopped coming to this McDonald’s she would not be getting paid $20 something an hour to disrespect her customers that pay her payroll!

There is a reason why this McDonald’s has a 2.7 stars, if it were up to me, it would be a -2.7. The customer service is horrible. Every single time I come to this McDonald’s at Reynolds Ranch, the manager doesn’t handle situations properly. The employees are disrespectful and don’t take accountability for their job. I just had my food thrown in my window at the curbside he missed half my order and then decided to go finish the other order he was doing so I had to go in and get my own food and I stood there and said can somebody please help me and nobody came to the window. Two managers looked at me and walked away, for getting paid over $20 an hour your employees need more training . I work in customer service and I know better to treat customers like that. My daughter is 20 years old and works in customer service and she would never be disrespectful to a customer like that. Like I said your employees make over $20 an hour get it together

Poor service. 1 Employee sweeping & 2-3 employees in the kitchen. Waited almost 10 mins at the register. Couldn’t get the attention of the employees that’s trained by a Fortune 500 company and we split. New school MCD is a bore and incompetent. Fries cold, burgers premade sitting, cold hard cheese Threw it in the trash.
We went to In-n-out for speedy service, quality food, and the acknowledgment and respect a buying customer deserves.

My son and I decided to stopped by this location for some Chicken Nugget. Our number was called and there was no napkins with the food, ONLY 3 PACKETS OF KETCHUP. I walked up to the pick up area saw 6 employees working and nobody attended or provided help. These employees have poor customer service and even the supervisor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO DINE INSIDE. These employees needed more training and how to assists customers. These fast food worker doesn’t deserved 20 buck and hours!!!!!

Do not go here. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through for a filet o fish. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible experience. I don’t ask for much at fast food. And I never thought I would review a fast food place. But o man it is bad here.
We stopped in last minute for a quick breakfast before a road trip to save time. (Bad mistake) it felt dirty and dingy. Weird because its a brand new location.
The kid there didn’t give us ketchup, (they don’t have an open ketchup area)
so when I asked for some a few minutes later. He disappeared. (We’re the only customers in restaurant)
Five minutes later I saw him making an effort to bring some packets to the table, (we’re pretty much done with food) as soon as he was walking to us, he went back to the register to wait for an incoming family coming back. It would’ve taken him five seconds to drop the ketchup off at table.
Anywho, felt like we were in the twilight zone in there. Common sense isn’t so common at this location.
