Drive through is always faster even if the drive through line is long. Every time I come in you can wait 12-15 minutes for your order. And your order will come after someone who orders are after yours. Thier only one cashier in the in the front. My recommendation is go through the drive through line. I had to use the restroom, that’s why I am in here. I ordered a large fries and this is what I got. I eating two piece of fries before taking this picture. What happened to the great customer service at McDonald’s used to be?

They want your money, but make it very clear that they don’t want you in their restaurant. He will wait forever if you don’t use the automatic pay station and instead want to place your order with a cashier. You get locked both out of and in the bathroom if you try to use it. And they have signs posted everywhere telling you to leave as soon as possible. The food was what I would expect from a McDonald’s. Everything else was pretty unfriendly.

$45 for 7 cheeseburgers, 2 large fraps, and 1 small french fries. Homeless guy asked for $ in drive thru. Waited 14 mins in spot 2 in front, had to go in to get food. Fries and burgers cold. NEVER again! Went WAY downhill for what they charge!

My father bought breakfast here on January 11. The total amount was a little over 6 dollars. He paid with a 10-dollar bill, but the staff member kept insisting that he needed to pay 15 dollars.
Because my father is elderly and does not speak English well, he gave an additional 5 dollars. However, the staff only gave him $0.44 in change.
This is clearly taking advantage of an elderly person and is fraudulent behavior.
It is extremely unethical and unacceptable.

McDonald’s keeps offering 0.99 for any large ice/hot coffee but today when I went they were unable to offer me the advertised deal. The driver thru cashier kept telling me that here system wouldn’t let her, and was charging me 0.50 for sugar free syrup. Something so simple turned into a traumatic experience and I will never be coming back to this McDonalds. Please train your managers and cashier better. Please invest in security as homeless are always at the drive thru harassing customers. All bad.

McDonalds has been moving towards ordering on machines and unfortunately not staffing their registers. My usual order is not available on the machine and there is never anyone staffing the register so I can no longer get my regular meal. In addition, if an employee walks by, they frequently say “not my responsibility” and don’t bother finding someone to help.

Terrible. Fry portions are small and fries are cold even when asked to be cooked fresh. They just don’t care. Go to another mcd.
