This is the best McDonald’s in San Jose so far. The manager is super nice and friendly. Great service. (She in 2nd picture)
Also a tall Mexican ladie was helpful, she was helping a older gentlemen to use Kiosk Machine.
The venue is clean, the menu on the wall is very useful not like other McDonald’s. Food was much better than Berryessa Road McDonald, Landess ave McDonald. This location is very nice

I just picked my order from drive through. We had two separate orders. I specifically told the guy can I get buffalo sauce, he said sure, and made us part at spot 1. When the lady came she just brought one order which had the sandwiches and didn’t have any sauce. No ketchup and definitely not the sauce I had requested. Then I go inside cause our second order which had fries was missing. They are still getting the second order ready and forget our drinks. The lady was very sure to charge 55 cents but cannot remember to provide me second order on time. I think they forget that people do drive thru so they can skip going inside the restaurant. I know McDonald’s is a fast food and not that people will read this review but please be efficient and bring all the drive thru order outside. Also the large fries was not filled well.Thank you

This place sucks! The people are always loud aggressive non-english speakers that pay no attention to customers. They never get my food and drink orders right the multiple times I’ve ordered here (who orders a caramel shake with breakfast at 5:15 in the morning???). Today they over charged me for my order by ringing up the wrong items and I really just don’t care enough to go back and deal with those people to fix it. 0/10. They open at 5am not 4:15 and they don’t care that it’s been wrong online for ages. Go to any other location and you’ll have a better experience.

Typical “new McD” fast food restaurant with two drive thru lanes. There are two parking spaces next to entrance for order ahead pickup or Uber delivery service. Food order was very fast & hot!
Interior used modern colors & glass windows on three sides except drive thru. Men’s room was bare minimum consisting of handicap toilet stall, urinal, single sink & two hand driers.

The drive thru is always hit or miss
They attend other cars that get on the second lane , even though you been waiting for them to take your order. The coffee in the morning is also hit or miss it’s never consistent . The food is the only thing I never had any issues there

Basically today McDonald’s $26 from me for a sandwich that they didn’t give to me. They gave back 19.something back they refuse to give me the additional $6 and they’re telling me to call the bank to get my money back I’ve never heard of a such a thing 1960 don’t know why they keep talking Spanish to me I don’t speak Spanish America speak English

Well, at least they got my modifications right. I pull up to the speaker and the person on the speaker just says what do you want. No greeting… nothing. I tell them what I want and the only response is, “first window”. I get to the first window and the gentleman working the window was nice enough and at least told me to have a good day.
Mind you there is no one else in line, they are leaving against the window, there’s another person leaninf against a counter inside and to the right of the window…I need you to pull around to one and I’ll bring it out to you.
The fries were cold and half full. At least the burger was warm. Terrible customer service.

Honestly need to retrain employees on customer service. On 07/26 between 6:52pm to 7pm I received my order and normally I check it before leaving. I tasted my fries and they tasted so bland or without salt. The employee that I had explained this to was really condescending and sighed really loudly with annoyance when I told him I wanted my fries with salt. He then took them back and told his coworkers “she says she wants them salted” and laughed and then came back and said “you want them with salt right?” It left a bad impression and extremely unprofessional overall.
