Call it my guilty pleasure but I have to eat at McDonald’s every month or two. I have the app and I order my food in the parking lot then go in and wait, usually less than 5 minutes.
The app remembers what I usually order which for me is the $7 McDouble meal deal that includes the burger, fries, 4 McNuggets and a drink.
First the burger. You can do add ons and most are free. I get sliced onions, lettuce, extra pickles and tomatoes. It is delicious.
Then there are the fries. Oh those fries. When they are fresh they are the best French fries ever. Period.
I particularly like this one on Freedom blvd in Watsonville because its fast and the food is almost always hot and fresh.
I know, I know, some people are super anti McDonald’s. But like I said, its my guilty pleasure.

I was traveling and stopped here to use the restroom before continuing on my journey and everyone was super nice and pleasant. I wasn’t going to get any food but decided to get a drink for the road since the employees were all super nice. You don’t see that at all McDonalds.

I went. I went to McDonald’s at 11:30 PM and a lady. I think the manager I asked to have sugar in my coffee eight sugars for creamers and I went there drove by the drive-through three times to ask for sugar. The lady got mad for me, asking for sugar and was giving me attitude and she was very rude. I will never go back to this McDonald’s, awful service poor attitude customer service very rude.

Kiosks suck and take whatever personal connection you might expect out of the equation. Decorating is cold and drab and last time we went it was cold inside like they didn’t want anyone staying too long.

Can only down the breakfast meat, and love the coffee ☕ but not the “Soylent Green” ☠️ ️ cheeseburger . Also they take forever to take your order inside, so I encourage you to use the driv- thru

Very disappointed by the establishment, fast food with no god dayum refills is pathetic. Would have give them a zero stars but wasn’t possible. Mangers was definitely a disappointment she had an attitude like no other. Got a sharable combo with 4 ketchups asked for more and they wanted do an additional charge for more ketchup. Definitely not coming here again.
