Food: 4/5 the happy meal fries were extra too salty for my taste and weren’t as fresh as other McD chain’s. Sadly they were out of soft serve… guess their machine was out of service?

This McDonald’s had no toilet paper or bathroom soap, and the crew was unresponsive to getting these issues resolved. After waiting close to 15 minutes, they then let us know they didn’t have the key to the supply closet.

I am a delivery driver in this area, every time I come in and order they close the restroom to customers. Its every day and I feel like speeking up today but corporate or high manager needs to fix the issue. Not right to buy food eat and cant use the restroom.

Terrible customer service they messed up and made my drink a medium and when I asked if there was a price difference in a large and medium she said yes and shut the window I looked on the app and there is no price difference lazy workers.

The drive-thru line was long but service was quick so the wait wasn’t long. They had an employee outside with a tablet taking orders In-N-Out style which sped up the process. I got the new Spicy McNuggets and a large fries. They were fresh but I could tell they their oil needs to be changed. It’s indicative based on the dark spots on the nuggets and sort of “staleness” on the fries. It’s hard to describe but you know when you compare the fried foods from this McDonald’s to another one. It’s still edible though but I may or may not come back to this location. They sold out of the Travis Scott meal so this is a pretty popular location.
