Horrible service, the person taking your order at the drive thru kept laughing like an idiot couldn’t understand what we were saying. The menu outside was totally different from what they have on their end.

I went on monday december 22 around 8pm they got my order wrong so i pulled up to the drive through window again and no one opened the drive through window even tho multiple employees passed by and saw me there waiting , when they realized i wasn’t going to leave until they helped me they opened the window then attended me with attitude.i’ve actually never had to deal with such rude employees. it’s mcdonalds i obv don’t expect the best but at least be nice and respectful to your customers i see a lot of bad reviews on these employees attitude and clearly nothing has been done to fix this issue.

Last month, I dealt with Alicia, the manager, and it was appalling. I haven’t forgotten about the experience and feel like something must be said. She flat‑out refused to let my five‑year‑old autistic son use the bathroom, even as he was crying and doing the pee‑pee dance in front of her!!! I explained that we had already purchased a Happy Meal and a large Gatorade—which was exactly why he needed the toilet. She didn’t care. Instead, she demanded a receipt and dismissed us. Another customer had to step in and give me their receipt. Shame on her. No compassion, no professionalism.

The lady taking drive through orders sounded very rude. It was hot and we just needed some drinks and the her tone, we can tell she not friendly at all. The sodas were watered down and lots ice in it.

Was here in 9/28 at mid day. Fries were undercooked and tasted like they hadn’t changed the oil. Ice tea was also bad like it wasnt fresh either. My sandwich was overcooked a bit but not bad. They also have a weird drive through loop lane that is not like a normal one. If you overshoot it a bit, the locals will block you and not let you back in. Looking at you beyotch in the red honda.

This shop is clean. Plenty of outdoor seatings are available literally behind the highway. One thing notices that the main entrance is push direction towards the highway which is unsafe for toddlers. Parent should be aware your kids playing or existing the main entrance towards the 10 fts away high way.
