We ordered takeout, and the experience was extremely concerning.
Three of the burgers contained completely raw meat, and the chicken strips were also served uncooked. This is a serious food safety risk, and customers should be aware of the potential danger.
We urge the staff to take their responsibilities seriously and ensure that all food is properly cooked before being served.

Typical Macdonald’s it was clean and the food was good, well you know. At least they let me use the bathroom unlike the public buildings in Oakland. I work as a D2D salesman and it’s become extremely difficult to relieve myself while I’m working. Even the public buildings turn me away

I was really impressed with this McDonald’s — the service here is honestly top-notch. The staff was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh. The atmosphere inside is surprisingly chill too, super quiet, almost like having noise-cancelling on while you eat.
I was especially happy to see my favorite burger, the Daily Double, back on the menu — that’s actually the reason I came to this location, and it didn’t disappoint. Great food, great vibe, definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Horrible service, I waited ten minutes at the register for help. The lady (which I didn’t know was the manager) sees me but doesn’t give me eye contact. Walks back and forth giving order out and even has time to chit chat with a friend/food delivery person. Until I ask for service and she tells me to go to the self service, which I tell her I only have cash. Until I ask for the manager she states she’s the manager. She refused to give me her name. So I snap a photo of her. Even when I walked out a customer states, that was bad service of them as she seen me stand there for 10 minutes.

Their prices are substantially higher than other locations, a hot latte w an add shot cost $7.91 here and at a close by location (5 miles, higher rent area) was $3.64, more than double! Unacceptable
