I recently stopped at this McDonald’s location with my daughter after school, and we chose to dine inside. She ordered a Happy Meal, and when she poured the fries onto the tray, we noticed two of them looked unusual—as if they were wet. At first, I thought maybe she had put them in her mouth and taken them out, but then we realized they were actually still frozen.
This was very concerning since the fries were extremely cold and clearly not cooked properly. Serving undercooked or frozen food raises food safety concerns, especially when meals are being served to children.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so the issue can be addressed with the staff to ensure proper food preparation and quality control.

This place got better over the years. I’ve been coming to this location since I was little and saw it evolve.
The inside of this McDonalds is very clean. Service was fast and friendly. Eating there with my son was also really comfy and the A.C. was on keeping the place cool.

The food is always disgusting here, I have eaten at multiple McDonald’s and this place is the worst. When I ask them to cook it fresh they just warm it up in the microwave. When I walk inside no one is ever at the counter and you have to wait 8 minutes for a person to walk to the register. The staff is rude and the lobby is always dirty,

I’ve been having to eat here everyday because I’ve been working in the area. No matter how many ketchup packets you ask for, you’ll only get two or three. I just ordered breakfast with two hash browns, drive a couple minutes away and realize they only gave me one hash brown so I drove back and the lady who had just helped me claimed that she had no idea because she wasn’t working earlier and it was 1,000% her. I said it was you I reminded her of my special order and then she tried to claim I only ordered one when I absolutely a thousand percent saw two hash browns on the screen. I don’t know if she was hungry and stole it, but the gas lighting when she and I both knew I ordered it was ridiculous. Going to take my business too anywhere else now.

Just went by 03/13/2025 around 6:30 PM And got confronted by what looked to be a homeless man in drive through asking if I could buy him a drink Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant with my 8 year old in the back seat and it’s literally just $1 and some change for a drink like come on. I don’t got no business buying nobody nothin and I’m saying it’s literally only $1 and some change as in shame on him for asking. When I was done ordering and pulling off he had the nerve to say something about me “Just keep driving “ So I said something to him about it. And when I payed at the 1st window I said something to the worker just so she was aware and she told me “ Thank You “

And I wasn’t about to go back through the drive through cause the homeless looking creep was still trying to bum a drink off people. Never going here again. Tried to call to let them know they are serving cold uncooked fries And nobody wants to pick up the phone, the operator just keeps asking me to input an access code ? Just Lame

I came in observed a patron selling jewelry which is all good for whoever was buying it. Ordered through the app two soft drinks and a fry not sure how or why they screwed it up. How to show the person three times on my phone that I purchased 2 soft drinks didn’t expect much from this one and that’s exactly what I got LOL
