Incorrect hours. Staff is very rude pretended the store was temporarily closed right after I asked what time they were opening back up. Gave no answer I just drove 2 hours and needed food, there wasn’t a line and they completed the order for the car in front of us very quickly and immediately turned us down right after.

The food was okay, it wasn’t hot but it wasn’t cold. Fries tasted a little stale. Soda was good as usual, but come a little more ice would be nice. Some people didn’t even seem like they wanted to be here. I know what do I expect, it’s a McDonalds.

This is one of the nicest McDonald’s I have ever visited. The facilities were clean and well maintained.
The service was very fast and my food was so hot it was too hot to eat immediately. It was impressive for a McDonald’s.
The restroom was very neat and clean and well maintained. Because of the neighborhood, in order to enter the restroom, you need to be buzzed in by the counter employees.
There is a pretty cool children’s play place, which is not nearly as common as they used to be. A child spilled their drink, and it was mopped up immediately.
I was not impressed by the town or the location of this place, but once inside, the drab outside the world faded away.
I have eaten at McDonald’s my entire life, and despite the neighborhood, this place was exceptional during my visit.

Literally just went through the drive about 15-20 min ago. Tried calling like 5 times. You don’t have any sprite man, I have uncarbonated water in my cup and a receipt that says I ordered a sprite. It just makes me wonder if they keep up with things in there. It wasn’t super busy, especially in the drive through. It could’ve been that I arrived right after the lunch rush was over…. but either way, I just wanted that crisp sprite with deliciously salted fries.

I went in to order my daughter because we have to customize it. We got all the way home and there was no meat patty. I went back to find out how did they make a hamburger with NO meat . The service was poor NO apology for messing up on the order. The girl I dealt with very rude and confused she kept asking” You want 1 meat patty on each bun”? I was frustrated with the whole situation because she still didn’t understand the error. They need better training on how to read the order board

They don’t add sugar like you ask and you get coffee grounds in your coffee or it’s weak so far they do have hot fries they need a mobile app lane only so you don’t have to wait or start giving you stuff out of window 1 but today was a good day love me some free fries

I ordered it in app to dine in store and the app refered me to check in at counter and the staff member told me I should go through drive-thru. i left with out my order and was still charged.
