Implementing smaller, more frequent batches could enhance the freshness of the food, even if it slightly increases wait times. Such a change could significantly improve the overall dining experience.
Despite this, the location remains reliable for a quick meal. The drive-thru operates smoothly, and mobile order pickups are handled efficiently. With a bit more attention to food turnover, this McDonald’s could match or even surpass the quality of its counterpart on Rosewood Drive.

Good..just I think it would be nice to have an ai take you order. The menus are hard to navigate. Also I didn’t love having to order breakfast just because I got there early. I just pulled an all nighter at the hospital and I have dietary restrictions. Just do what I order. Otherwise I love McDonalds

I was told to wait in spot 2 and when I went there there was another car already parked there. I took the next spot that was available instead. Finally number 2 was empty and I moved my car to be in the number they told me to.
I waited. And waited and waited until I had to flag one of them down and explained to them I was still waiting and it had been 15 minutes. I finally got my order and it was no longer warm but tepid if not cold. They didn’t include the sauce I asked for nor the ketchup I asked for. Here I am with my cold, watered down drink along with my cold, condimentless food.
Why I even went there to begin with knowing how expensive McDonald’s has become? Possibly because of nostalgia and lack of fast food options in the area.

I have been a regular customer for this location for a long time now, I work at the dealership down the street, and I noticed there has been a change in management/personel. Ever since then the service has really gone down hill. Drive through times have not been consistent anymore and Ive had a few orders that forgotten or they say they never received it. What happened to this location?

I wasn’t given the orange juice that I ordered this morning with my meal, nor was I given a receipt to dispute having ordered it. I am aware that maintaining staff is challenging, but the people who are staffed should still be capable of their job, when it costs the customers extra especially. An offer for a refund or another meal would go a long way to correct this.

This is my second visit in less than a week. Today I was greeted, or rather not greeted, by a young lady with braids. She was eating during her duties. And she was wiping her mouth as she was handling the drinks. It was unsightly. She had that “why are you bothering me” and “I don’t care” attitude. She really had no business interacting with customers.
Another employee who handled my food was far from being an angel. She just left the food in front of me without even calling my number.
It seems the crew today hated this whole place. Three days ago I gave this place four stars. Maybe it was a bit too generous.
